On my drive home from work the Murdaugh case came on my podcast list and it reminded me of the boy Steven who was murdered. He was found in the road with shoes still on. It prompted me to double check the shoe theory when someone is hit by a car.

There is no way you can reverse that fast into someone at a close distance to make them fly 30 feet in the air and actually kill them. It’s just not possible

I didn’t watch the first trial but heard a few things about it. I’m watching this one but I haven’t made my mind up yet, I’m going to hold out on my decision until the jury’s sent out to make their mind up too.

also, I wish they’d just explain to us what they think happened to John and why. I feel like they should of started with that, unless that’s just how my mind works

No I’ve never tried to reverse into someone and send them flying 30 feet in the air. It’s just common sense and my opinion.
Sorry for the spam, I don’t know how to download the videos from twitter. But this is when the car was being reversed then driven onto the tow truck. The rear wheels were spinning, it’s believed to have been key cycle 1162 as the cycles after are the Sallyport and Trooper Paul.

The car was driven forward onto the tow truck at Dighton.

I’m sure the defence would have leapt on it were those key cycles not representing the time she was at Fairview.

I haven’t been able to watch today so wasn’t sure if it had been mentioned or not. From the first trial, Trooper Paul said his testing was key cycle 1164, prior to that was the car being reversed out of the drive and put on the tow truck then driven into the sally port so it was argued that the car wasn’t in Karen’s custody for cycle 1162.

Will be interesting to see what DiSogra says

So the data matches the Lexus, Waze and John’s iPhone not moving. 3 sets of data that all support one another. Why is there still confusion about what happened?

Unless it’s all just a big coincidence and John dropped his phone at the exact moment the Lexus registered a collision, but it was all innocent and just a big coincidence.

The prosecution have, the defence don’t have any story because they’re not actually allowed to name one of the people they claim is involved, due to lack of evidence. So it’s all a bit wishy washy and the breadcrumbs that are being thrown out are designed to make you try and fill in the gaps yourself with an alternative theory.
I haven’t seen any alternative timeline that would fit the times and data, bringing other people in to cover up, as well as explain why trained and time served police officers would beat someone up then leave him in the front lawn without even checking he was dead. But ya know, stranger things have happened 🤣
