It’s funny because Hank went off on one accusing ARCCA of colluding with the defence when they could have chosen to use them too. But now Hank’s been found to be lying “oh I didn’t know about this report” when the witnesses are supposed to be sequestered and Alessi is bad for bringing that and Burgess claiming to have a degree that doesn’t even exist to light.

If you can’t trust someone not to lie about the simplest of things how can you trust them not to lie about crucial data - which they’ve already got wrong and caused a significant change to.
Burgess’s testimony has been a clown show so far.

'Mad scientists' is a reality, it can happen that their partners have to tie things like car keys, diaries and wallets to them because they exist on a different intellectual plane to the rest of us. My niece is married to a brilliant scientist and he's hopeless when it comes to days of the week, time of day, birthdays, names, when he last ate......................

He's clutching at straws, if getting the date wrong is all Alassi's got to go on, the evidence must be strong.

That’s it, I don’t even think it was chosen to be Karen I think it was just convenient - there’s a theory that the call from Jen McCabe to Nicole Albert around 5am was to put John outside.

There’s a multitude of things that could have happened, the way the wagons have circled around Colin Albert I still think it was some sort of fight that went wrong and if it hadn’t been Karen it would have been Lucky Loughran.

But like you say we are just people on the internet and we don’t have time to get that deep into it.

Personally I think at first glance then yes you’d believe Karen did it but when you get into the shady things with the police investigation, FBI being involved & all of the lying going on, there’s more to it than that.

The two things can inhabit the same space............Karen did it AND it was a crappy investigation.

She actually didn’t have a great defence they called a plumber as an expert witness for god sake.

But Ben Myers KC is a silk, literally the top of the top when it comes to barristers in the UK. Choosing to not call any other witnesses is not the same as having a lawyer who isn't capable of understanding trial strategy or cross examining witnesses and experts.

I’m not sure what you’re alluding to? Both Alessi and Myers I’m sure are very good at their jobs, absolutely. But you can’t make silk out of a pigs ear, and they’re both doing the best with the hand they’ve been dealt (which wasn’t a great one).

I was taking your repeated comments of 'Alessi isn't a criminal defence lawyer' an insinuation that he shouldn't be defending Karen Read, or that he is only doing it because 'real' criminal defence lawyers wouldn't touch the case, so if I've taken your comments the wrong way that's on me

Until this data from Aperture, there wasn’t a timeline against the key cycles and counting back from Trooper Paul’s filming of his testing, key cycle 1162 where the reverse happened, was believed to be the car being reversed onto the tow truck with the wheels spinning.


Tow truck driver said the car wasn’t damaged or it would have been photographed. Dighton officer said the tail light was only cracked with a small piece missing.
Aperture need to do a lot to save face today.

If we are going to try and assume Karen is innocent, despite the fact no alternative timeline has ever been given, how does it explain away the timestamp of Karen’s car hitting something, and John’s phone never moving or recording any activity again? Is that just a massive coincidence?
