So because he didn't have a broken eye socket, jaw or nose then he can't have been in a fight? He obviously got a blow to the back of his head with something.
In the interest of fairness and levels of credibility for all, I find it surprising that the defence would put an expert witness on the stand who has previous criminal charges. (For false reporting of a crime).

I think backing into Johns car cracked the tail light and Proctor took it apart in the Sallyport.
Have either side done anything to prove/disprove whether the cars design would have allowed her to hit it and not just hit the bumper?

It's very normal to break bones if someone hits your face with a fist. Usually the nose or the jaw. Very unusual to have a fight from behind. Unless you attack someone behind and whack them over the head...I guess the theory of the fight is evolving to fit the evidence though. Like the mysterious appearance of the Faraday bag to explain how the phone moved at 3.30am. when it clearly didn't.
It would be funny if it weren't so tragic that we can have female white privilege so ingrained in some of our psyches that a defendant can literally have lied about her and John's whereabouts, been running her mouth about hitting him, knowing the time he died (?!)- with her car data matching up to John's phone data and everything *aligning so perfectly* of what obviously happened, yet people will still twist situations to defend her.
There is a big difference between having no broken bones from been hit with a 60000 pound SUV and having no broken bones from a punch.

Hos did they stop the phone transmitting it's location or moving between the time he went in the house and the time that Higgins returned with the Faraday bag? How did they keep the phone cold? Did they move the freezer to where the phone was? Because the phone didn't move.

He could have dropped his phone outside before he went in and didn’t realise and that’s why Jen was ringing his phone so much to try find it.
