so from this we can assume he was at least younger than this. No more information than that or how longer it went on for but we are not talking about an adult and a very young child. Of course there is no way to tell what the age difference is between them i Will caveat this y saying if there was even a couple of year differences between their ages then that borders away from young children experimenting to an older child (who I’m not saying is the same an adult) to an older child groom another.

That's been an open secret for years but denied as for a long time as was his 'friendship' with Riccardo Tisci. Back in the day, they went everywhere together, and Kanye would often drop everything to go to France to see him, even when Kim was due to drop. I wouldn't be surprised if he finally admits it one day.

I hope he has some family around who can get him back on track mentally and spiritually.
