Why does he need to be there at all? If I was his wife sat home with a new born (the baby is a month or so old?) and a toddler I'd be pissed off at him chipping off abroad to run a mara. If it was his paid work or once in a lifetime opportunity then that's different, but it's all about him and his over inflated ego.
Edit - forgot he's her coach, is that right? Odd behaviour for a coach to be posing alongside their athlete looking like a right bell end. Coaches are usually quietly in the background, not putting themselves front and centre in photos.

And he is racing again this weekend! I would assume as he is a full time “coach” and “runner” he has lots of time to help out at home during the week as he is always off racing on the weekend

His latest vlog on YouTube He's really making himself look like an idiot. Apparently no time goal, a fun run and going to just enjoy it. Crying at the end like a witch because he had a tired body and didn't make the podium (like he has a right) and said that he's tired from a 2:34 marathon 7 days before. I mean no tit and if you can't work that out or rest then how are you even a respected coach!
The female winner looked like she was mobbed to be on his video, some weirdo walking to him asking for a selfie and then crossing the finish line with a lady holding a GoPro at the end who then hands it to him. All cringey and this guy needs to come down a peg or two. Maybe spend a full weekend with your wife and young daughters for once. oh and wipe your mouth before you hop on a camera you weird man child
