Yes I remember her saying that actually…but then she goes on to say you can be flexible with naps…seems she doesn’t follow her own advice.
I think she tries to take the ‘really gentle’ angle so the moms who dont want to do cry it out get suckered in (like me). You only realise that you got conned into after the spending money. And of course there are no guarantees so if it doesn’t work its because you didn’t do it properly.

yeah that was the end of the plan for me. I tried the patting and shushing shit for a couple nights but it just wasn’t for us 🤷🏻‍♀️
I was refunded straight away when I emailed telling them I wasn’t very impressed that the course was just the Ferber method in disguise, don’t give that witch your money if you’re not satisfied with the service

JustChillMama writes the DMs herself from fake accounts. The language is the same and you can hear her voice. Also things like repetitive use of the heart emoji x 3 (differing colours) gives her away.
She knows about this tattle thread. She wrote herself a message yesterday saying she is one of the most relatable influencers out there. Hahahahaha
Hahaha brilliant!!! I can’t un see it now

I know she doesn’t want to give too much away about the methods in her course but I just can’t bring myself to buy it despite being hugely sleep deprived as I don’t want to waste money without knowing what she bases her routines on. We’ve tried other ‘sleep training’ routines and following wake windows, nothing has worked for my little one yet. I say sleep training loosely as we won’t leave her baby to be distressed but have tried some set routines you find online etc.

Oh no way, gutted I didn’t think of that! It was about a year ago when I was in the depth of despair! She’s almost 2 now and sleeps so much better with us not changing anything!
It’s so hard to believe people when they say that sleep gets better on it’s own, but it truly does doesn’t it!

Omg honestly I used to get so excited about her sleeping for 2 hours in a row- I considered that a long stretch. I tried to do all the crap of put them down sleepy but awake and don’t feed to sleep but it just meant I was awake for longer. In the end i fed to sleep every time she woke up so she would go back down quickly and she grew out of it naturally. It was so hard because my friends baby slept through and I hated her 😂😂😂
I had the kid who woke every 2 hours until he was 2. But I had a friend who bottle fed who was up every hour and still is 4 years later. Then I had a second kid who I treated exactly the same and she has never fed to sleep and always slept through. If I had paid this witch first time round I would have traumatised my kid and second time I would think it had worked when it was my child’s natural sleep pattern

I have tried and tried to no avail to get my little one to sleep by shushing and patting it just doesn’t work for her she just wants to be cuddled, the way I view it is if my baby had hurt herself I wouldn’t say I have to teach her not to cry if she wants to cry she can cry they are obviously telling us they aren’t Happy id rather do a cuddle for 30 mins than hours of crying leaving her going back in repeat! Wish they would all just be clearer on their message that this isn’t a miracle cure its some guidance that might work but it might not!

I don't particularly like Rosey as she comes across very smug.
But my daughter has slept reasonably well since about 8 months and very rarely wakes. We're VERY lucky but it makes me kind of sad that people think we must have abused her and ignored her for that to be the case. Yes we have left her to cry on occasion but only when we know she's really tired and us going in has always just worked her up more. She doesn't have attachment issues, she's a very bright, chatty girl. Sleep training isn't all about 'cry it out' and yes, babies waking IS normal, but my personal opinion is sleep deprivation isn't a rite of passage and no one should feel guilty for trying to get more sleep.
I fucking abhor the charlatans charging hundreds for a pdf though.

Just my two cents
I don’t think trying to sleep train your baby is abusive. I know some people who were lucky and had babies sleep through after 2 months… I have other friends who tweaked naps and that worked…. I have other friends who would leave their baby to cry it out… I don’t judge- no one deserves to go through sleep deprivation. No one should feel guilty trying to get more sleep. Unfortunately what I experienced as a new mum looking for sleep training techniques I was bombarded with cry it out methods and sleep trainers charging loads for consultations. I had lots of people tell me to leave my baby to cry it out because it worked for them. Personally I couldn’t do it and I was stressed because I thought I was doing the wrong thing seeing to my baby the whole night. Eventually she slept through and looking back I wish I hadn’t got sucked into the idea that sleep training and cry it out was the only answer.

No matter how you dress it up it's the cry it out method. Not judging anyone that does it but they dress it up and sell it in this nice little package to sugar coat it for parents. She's also so far up these z listers backsides.

And just like magic she’s now commenting on all of Olivia Bowen’s posts since she announced her pregnancy. Such a predator.
literally preying on a pregnant influencer ready to offer free training advice to get access to more vulnerable sleep deprived parents.

Embarrassing 🙈 Would she actually be honest if her baby had a bad night or bad patch with his sleep ? Babies aren’t robots 😂

Obviously been reading here as she’s admitted B wasn’t great on the plane and didn’t sleep like a robot. That’s what I normally can’t stand about her tbh. She preys on sleep deprived parents, charges a fortune - and normally never admits her children do have their ups and downs with sleep as all babies do

Also charging for a course in weaning and a course in potty training? When all the resource is out there for free

I unfollowed her because I think she’s actually quite dangerous to mums mental health. She is such a liar…she also said she didn’t sleep train baby Beeeeeeeeeeee! Sorry what?! She’s been banging on about getting him to self settle since birth so how is that not sleep training? Leaving your baby to cry = sleep training. She really pisses me off.
I agree- sleep trainers prey on sleep deprived parents with the promises of glorious sleep if they pay hundreds of pounds. The thing is a lot of babies do just eventually sleep. I also found that when I stopped trying to put my baby to sleep drowsy but awake… watching wake windows and all the other techniques and just went with the flow I was a lot happier.
