I seen it creeping in, in all her hauls she was doing and how she was all of a sudden buying everything she could get her hands on! I passed it off as “well she’s never been able to afford it so fair play” but that last video is disgusting tbh. She was laughing and over reacting to the fact “how on earth am I going to only spend £30” and constantly slagging off the “fake converse” and “I don’t know if I can wear them” it’s really offensive to people who can only afford that! I can see changed in Atticus too but saying that, he’s never seemed appreciative of anything really. She needs to humble herself and remember where the hell she came from because this rich independent woman act isn’t suiting her! Her hand movements and the constant bragging is just one massive cringe. She’s just spending to spend at this point!

I’d be surprised if she is able to get a mortgage. Her income is likely to be inconsistent and she is single. I know that they can’t discriminate but they want a guarantee that they will receive the payments. We’ll see though I suppose! She could put a large deposit down and borrow less, but she clearly isn’t saving money.

When you are self employed you need 3 years of income proof before you can get a mortgage and the amount she's spending she will never save for a deposit.

It depends which mortgage lender you go to but you need at least 20% prob more with her age.
I get Julie prob thinks oh now I can afford it i'll splurge. But imo she could still buy more expensive food/clothes/homeware & still save for her new House. Instead of jumping straight to the £70 beanies for example even half that would prob be more than she'd usually spend.
