Love Julia and I think she's a really talented singer, but I absolutely hate the music she makes, and find her videos totally cringe. Does anyone else find this or am I just a cow?!

I was just watching some older videos of Julia’s and watched this vlog! Julia makes a few comments about “finally leaving the hotel room!” When her and Eileen are out and about. I feel like they were some not so subtle hints at Eileen to get off her backside and do some actual activities with her partner for a change…. 🫤 Eileen just holds julia back so much and Julia is painfully aware of it ! I really can’t wait to see how this move to the US shapes their future. No hate against age gap couples but they’re just in two different places in every way, even fundamentally. I hate that Julia seems to do all the comprising and is always alone. She says she loves eileen and will do what it takes to make things work between them but I don’t imagine eileen over extending herself for Julia’s comfort. It’s like she dug her claws in her and is confident she’s not going anywhere so she doesn’t feel the urge to do what it takes to make Julia happy and have a fulfilling life and a team player.
also I don’t have any personal grudge against Eileen but I do think talk in cheap when it comes to her. She just love bombs Julia and dresses what she says up to over compensate for what she lacks in other ways. It’s kinda manipulative

I watched her Croatia vlog and it was just...sad??
Julia and Eileen are painfully incompatible and its just getting more and more obvious. Julia spent most of the holiday exploring alone because Eileen was either too hot or in pain. Julia deserves someone who can enjoy these experiences with her. She's done so many trips alone because Eileen would rather stay at home... She should have missed this one too, it wouldn't have made much difference.
Then the failed excursion to Montenegro. It seems very much like Eileen purposefully messed that up because she didn't want to go and would rather relax by the beach instead of sightseeing.
That explains more why Julia was angry, because it didn't seem like an innocent mistake like Julia said, but more like Eileen lied to Julia about the pick up etc so that they would miss it.
Julia's reaction made much more sense if that was the case.
I think the only reason they ended up doing the excursion the next day is because they had a fight about it.
I don't know... Julia just seems sad and like she's not living life to the full because of Eileen. I understand you make sacrifices when you decide to marry someone... But at what cost?

It just feels so staged tbh. I'm watching a video where Julia is modelling pride outfits for her, and Eileen has absolutely no energy whatsoever. But that's just me though.

It is so uncomfortable to watch. Not because of the age gap or anything. I just don't want to see any couple fawn all over each other and tell each other how sexy they are, it's just weird.

I see a lot of people in her YouTube comments talking about how Eileen is a bit clueless/not very bright. But I don't think that's the case. I think she does these things (the messed up trip, saying purposeful things out loud etc.) on purpose which is much more alarming imo. She enjoys making Julia embarrassed, stressed and humiliated in situations where she can't really do much about it or start an argument.

Hope this thread gets going! Eileen is only in her early 60s and I think it is actually astounding how out of shape she is, and how elderly she acts/ looks for her age. Early 60s is the age of my parents and their friends, and none of them are anywhere near as "old" seeming as Eileen. I think her poor fitness exacerbates the age gap enormously. I doubt the knee op will make any difference because Eileen just seems to have an excuse for everything.
I also wonder whether part of the reason Julia hasn't left Eileen (as well as things previous posters have said inc loyalty, guilt, pride, etc.) is that her YouTube views are seriously struggling at the moment, and the only videos that break 20K have Eileen in them...

I really don’t believe in that relationship anymore. I don’t know who’s fault is but doesn’t work. There’s no chemistry anymore. It’s just Julia trying to show everyone that we are wrong and her marriage works. Also her channel became and advertising, no personality, empty content, only promoting things that she don’t even use…I only get off vibes. I’ll stop watching her videos soon because it can’t keep going. The vibe is not the same anymore.

The latest live was uncomfortable, and made my skin crawl. I left they had no connection and Eileen definitely was not intune with Julia, not picking up on her body language. I also felt she knew exactly what she was doing when she exposed personal information about Julia's family. It was very obvious she was lying when she said. Oh I thought u already shared that.
Even the baby is put off longer. Like what are they waiting for. Eileen to turn 80.
I think Julia has grown away from her granny wife but feels a sense of loyalty towards her. I don't get it. Sex life is shit, different interests, different out looks on just about everything from travel to healthy lifestyles to financial ect... come on Julia,u got this get away from cobweb fanny

It was all so awful! I think Julia is trying to get a video to go viral. None of her music videos have done too well, so she's used Eileen in for shock factor to try to get exposure. I feel bad for Julia as it seems quite a desperate move to me.
I feel so sorry for Julia, being married to that lazy slob who is frankly just holding her back from the life she deserves. I know very Young 70 -80 year old who live life, take pride in their appearance and have a great outlook. She is the opposite, I would say she was old at 40. Imagine that they are planning a child in a few years. No way Eileen could cope. Julia would be left minding 2 children. Julia please, wake up and live your life.

In Julia’s latest reel on IG (the one of her in the hot tub with yellow hair, blue bikini, champagne and the Jeff Bezos song), she appears to have been self harming. She has cuts on the inside of her arm which you can see on Eileens IG too, in one of the yellow hair pics. This doesn’t seem right. She never used to have those cuts, and mid 20s isn’t super common as an age to START cutting (usually it begins earlier, even if it continues into later life). This really worries me, along with Eileens creepy (narc? Sociopath?) behaviours.

Extremely sad to see her in that video. She is clearly going through it. I assume there’s even more to it than she disclosed. I’d be very surprised if they last longer than a few weeks with their marriage but Julia has a full life to live and I hope she navigates her way through it well.

I really feel for Julia and she's obviously devastated about how Eileen has treated her. It just seems like a hell of a way to air your dirty laundry in public, considering that they're still married and this is a current relationship. It seems like she knows this isn't going to work out.
