His main issue is he just doesn't think he has done anything wrong, and he is the victim. He has been all over the mail last couple days

Yeh he was kinda saying he was messing about to make people laugh during nude scenes.

no acknowledgement even that it was inappropriate and he sees why it made people uncomfortable.

just a dig at the media and press. he puked then left telling the SAS dudes the show is not for him.

pity as it was an opportunity for them to confront him about it all and maybe get him to understand the wrongness of it all.

Dr. Who had one bare bum scene with him which then got cropped as it was too early for the BBC. I don't remember much nudity on torchwood.

The issue was that he was flashing his gob to both male and female cast and crew. He was told to knock it off by the producers. He seems to want to take no responsibility for this whatsoever.

His career does seem to be completely over. He already had plenty of people who didn't like him for various reasons. I can't see him having too many fans left.
I am happy his career is over.
Women and men do not find this funny or "tomfoolery" in the work environment.
Grow up.
Learn to be professional at work.
Appears to have a massive ego.
Happy he has been taken down a peg or two.
I always found him very unlikeable

He managed to get away with doing that kinda tit for ten years before he was plublically called out and his career ended. I'd say he got way more leniency than the average person would have so I don't know why he's crying victim.

It also shows the kind of person he is that as soon as he realised his mea culpa wasn't working, he tried to throw others under the bus by claiming they had done worse yet had the cheek to now ignore him.

His 30 May show in Lichfield, not the man himself

I used to really like him but no one who is good to be around gets their fool out at work.

I feel like there are so many blokes I was once a fan of in some way or another who turned out to be creeps or weirdos or creepy weirdos. It's draining when there's yet another one you can add to the list.

His husband is another attention seeker. John did a livestream on FB years back and the hubby just happened to walk by to go into the jacuzzi with it blowing in the wind. Of course, both acted as if it had been an accident even though the camera was placed just perfectly for you to see everything and he of course took advantage of the attention for a bit. Then a while later, he posted on Snapchat with hubby lying naked in the background and again it was 'oops I didn't notice he was there'.

Yep I recall that too.

There was joy in embarrassing others with ‘accidental’ nude antics.

Must’ve been awful to work with. I can’t imagine any of my colleagues flashing their minges / willies thinking it’s hilarious and acceptable.

He used to be constantly mooning, be it at Dr Who conventions, while being interviewed on the radio to embarrass the presenter or on his own Twitter feed. I remember seeing him chatting in an interview on YouTube where he thought it hilarious that he poked his rooster through a hole in the wall on the Torchwood set and thought it hilarious when Eve Myles unwittingly saw it / touched it 🤢. There was also a video of Eve Myles saying he whipped it out when he got out a car and moved it back and forth like a windscreen wiper.

I've read so many stories over the years about stuff happening like that on sets and if anyone did get the nerve to complain, they were seen as uptight just because they didn't want someone's fool within a feet of them.

One of the worst was David Boreanaz who constantly dropped his trousers on the Buffy set with no underwear on so his dingle got a good dangle. When he and James Marsters who played Spike did interviews together, he would be laughing like a teen who had heard the word boobs for the first time talking about the dumb tit he got up to on set, thinking he was so funny and either too stupid or not caring that even if he got a laugh from those there, it was a 'wow' one and not a 'Dude, you are so hilarious' chuckle. I wonder if James felt the same when he was doing Torchwood and John was showing his tiny acorn to everyone on set?

I have a memory of seeing him (JB) doing naked roly polys down a hotel corridor "for a laugh" . Pretty sure it wasn't a fever dream, the image has unfortunately left a lasting effect 🤢

It's like an extreme version of really dated Carry On "ohhhh nurse!" type humour.

Does being in showbiz do this to people or were they already warped and so showbiz attracts them, I wonder?

His flashing sounds even worse than what I already knew of, this isn't the behaviour of a stable adult bloke. Even for showbiz it sounds really extreme.

I couldn't last five minutes working in a place like that and I can't imagine any other industries where someone would not, for the most part, risk being in very serious trouble for trying anything like this. I hope.
