It’s the bitterness for me. I agree she can be angry and process but now making jokes about his looks, his height, his age ect it lacks class. I’m not surprised though. She lacks class through and though. Also why lie about it for so long?? What did they achieve?

People on who don't read on tiktok don't know how long ago it was her and Alex split, by her announcement it looks like it was last week or recent.
Now she is seeing new alex so when anyone comments she can be like look at me 'i moved on quick i'm such an irresistable bad witch'.
Reality is she has been in denial for 6 months pretending to still be with Old Alex.

From what I’ve heard old Alex was going through some legal battle with his ex wife, and so they couldn’t let it be common knowledge that they had split. Apparently he risked losing part custody of his daughter, so solely for the little girls sake, Sam held off for 3 months until the legal stuff was done??
Why would Alex having custody hinge on Sam being with him or not?
As for the common knowlege us on this thread worked out Alex had cheated months ago. We were able to do this through what Sam was putting online.
If she was so keen on keeping a pretence up for the alexs sake why did she leave comments about him and la_diu on insta and change captions on insta.

I think I’ve said it before but it’s weird how when they were together she made jokes about him being a sugar daddy, saying he’d bought her this, paid for her to do that, paid for her best friend to not have to work. Now they’ve split he’s got no money and he was completely dependant on her? To the point where he needed her there to get custody of his child and she was apparently supporting that child. I mean they weren’t together that long and he must of managed fine before he met her! I don’t believe half of what she says

As for the custody thing I can't imagine a judge being swayed by whether Alex was seeing his short term, part time photographer girlfriend who parties every night and plasters everything on social media.
She wasn't married to Alex, she doesn't have permanent resident status in Spain. A judge won't even view her as a partner.

I do think she does have at least temporary resident status in Spain though as she was living there before Brexit happened. If she has lived there for more than 5 years then she will almost certainly be a permanent resident.
But yeah in Spain unless you are married to someone or they are officially recognised as your ‘pareja de hecho’ (which is a whole thing you have to apply for in order that the state recognises your relationship, which they defo hasn’t done) then you’re basically considered single in the eyes of the law. Plus, I thought his ex partner was living in France as well.
