I don’t think it’s like that.
I’d be grateful if I had children with this illness and someone with a platform was pushing it out there. 🤷🏻‍♀️

Tbf the whole time she’s said about the years of campaigning others have done and why did it only take her platform for it to reach the media

I’m glad the media are spreading awareness of SMA - but I really hope Jesy doesn’t use the media attention she’s got to try and relaunch her failed career for the 100th time. Personally I think she should be staying away from it all and focus on being with her children. I understand doing anything work related that involves helping her children and other parents suffering but if she tries to release more music or tries to get a reality show I will be shaking my head.

Unfortunately i think she might be looking to make as much money as she can as i assume the twins ongoing care might be expensive... I wouldn't begrudge her for trying to make more money for that but it's important that she continues raising awareness and maybe try to raise money for SMA related charities alongside her own needs

She's turning into a serial moaner. Moaning how long she was in hospital for, moaning she wasn't awake for the birth, moaning the babies were in NICU and she couldn't hold them. Then she's moaning about the SMA not being picked up even though she'd moved to Cornwall by that stage which is a rural county and with a shortage of medical facilities (a friend lives there and is having a nightmare with her partners cancer treatment). Now she's moaning she's not a mum in the way she wants to be.

I'm finding it a bit hard going to maintain a lot of sympathy for her tbh, I had a rough pregnancy with my second and even though I'd sought medical attention 3 times in a week over my worries, my baby was stillborn. No it's not the dream she'd imagined but it isn't for a lot of others too. It's called life.

There's a second episode out of friday, seemingly will include a lot more about LM, as the parts at the beginning where she said 'as soon as we came off X-Factor, I felt I didn't wanna be in it' and 'my brother told me to make as much money as I can then leave' aren't in this one.

I did wonder about that, I didn’t watch today’s episode because I saw all the chapters on YouTube were about motherhood.

Not meaning to be a prude and I am Irish so love a swear word or ten but she curses in that podcast way too much! It's F this, F that, F F F....

No need for so much of it. In saying that she's been through the mill with these little babies and I think she comes across as very strong and a great mother. Best of luck to her.

I started listening too and I swear loads but even I was shocked that she said duck in nearly every sentence 😂

She’s said no to more music I think, something along the lines of she’s realised she’s not made for that industry. But she’s also said the Odd One Out felt like it gave her some purpose, and if this new documentary has a decent enough viewership I can see it being renewed for another series like Molly Mae’s was or other tv work.

She always has to hint at Little Mix gossip or a big reveal otherwise there would be no documentaries or interviews. She’s a bully and a has been. Obviously I’m devastated for her babies but it’s a very rare condition, I just get no sincerity in her “Rasing awareness” it’s all about raising her non existent profile.

Some excerpts written about a documentary viewing party she had today.

Idk, I feel like she said she left because of her mental health and the toll of being in the industry, but then she immediately went into a solo career. If your mental health was that bad, then you'd step away from the spotlight for a bit surely? Not think it's going to be any better as a solo artist when you don't have three other people around to take the heat.

It was the same with people like Geri and Robbie Williams - they wanted to be the first out, bank on that success and be the stars. In Jesy's case, that didn't happen.

The first bit you said is exactly what Louis Theroux said on his interview with Jade, and he tried to get her to agree but she wouldn’t bite lol

She's just another z lister using the MH card as justification for her poor behaviour. She struck me as completely enabled by her family in the first documentary she made. She's 34 years old, not 17.
