While I genuinely wish Jesy and the babies the best, it’s worth noting that she previously expressed a strong desire for privacy, even dedicating an entire BBC3 documentary to the pressures of public scrutiny..

Now it feels like she’s trying to put herself on the same level as the other Little Mix mums, probably hoping for some opportunities to get back in the spotlight once the babies arrive. But let’s be honest her popularity isn’t what it used to be.

I get that she might want to connect with other parents going through the same thing, but a quick Google search shows plenty of TTTS support groups. There’s really no need for the constant updates. Also, why is her boyfriend staring directly into the camera like that? It’s giving performance.

Having had a friend go through TTTS I was sad to see this. Worry about it everytime I hear someone announce twins.

My friend had to travel to specialists in London for the surgery. Hope she's getting some support from other parents that have been through it and staying positive. If she is 6 months hopefully the twins will be a fair size.

I hope she has a good outcome from the surgery.. I know someone who had this and the surgery and unfortunately the babies didn’t make it and passed a few days after the procedure praying she has a better outcome x

Really wishing her & the babies all the best. Her head will be all over the place and probably wants the news out in her own words rather than other people getting the news out and mixed up. She does look understandably terrified. I don’t know much about her fella but it’s different for women carrying the baby no matter how good/bad the dad may be.

I didn’t know what ttts was and now I’ve read op on it, wow. Poor Jesy, it’s just awful. I’m not her biggest fan (or a fan at all) but she looks terrified. I hope the surgery goes well and that she and the babies are ok.

Well it’s just a coincidence that her music career flopped….her bf went awol then now she’s pregnant with the bonus of twins! Why can’t she just duck off and enjoy her life and stop posting for engagement. No doubt those poor babies will be used and used when they’re born seeing as they’re already are being in utero!

Some might say she’s doing it to raise awareness but from we’ve seen of Jesy, I’m skeptical. Can she not just have this scary time in private seeing as she was so desperate for it? It’s all just too orchestrated for me. I just can’t imagine the mindset of going through something like this and wanting to document/monetise it.

But the realisation that this is monetised and the papers are all over it, giving the videos more reaction… I dunno

Jesys default position in most things is victim, it always has been. She’s been quiet, and now she has something solid to talk about that proves she is a victim at this time.

Like it’s not the public’s business, and if something negative happens, how will she cope with everyone talking about it?

I think she maybe jumped the gun on announcing without really knowing about the risks involved.

The issue is that she now has her fans worried because they haven’t posted any updates since the last. Most people would handle this privately and then discuss it afterwards if they feel the need to, but the cynic in me knows Jesy wants to be famous and spoken about still. I do hope both she and babies are okay though.

Five days since her last update. I’m really hoping the worst hasn’t happened
