Range Rovers are some of the most stolen cars in the UK which is why the insurance is through the roof.
These celebrities need to stop showing that they are away from home. Shes been posting that shes in Cornwall with her whole family all week. Its a silly move

A lot don’t post that they’ve been away until they’re home, and because they don’t want people to know where they are, they shouldn’t have to but there’s just too many opportunitists out there.
Hopefully she’s get the equipment back but stolen cars can get moved out of the country shockingly quick.
My husband has got a RR and we've got an RFID box in the house for the keys, he's also had LR send him some batteries that go to sleep in the key so the signal doesn't transmit to any devices. And we've got visible CCTV over our drive after one of our other cars was tried one night. The stuff she had in the car has long been dumped I'd imagine.

It doesnt stop thieves at all, the best deterrant is still a full wheel lock steering cover, or some kind of driveway gate or bollard.
Her home does have a driveway, not sure why it doesnt have a gate.
I know someone that did all of the faraday blocking in their home and their car was still stolen.
They later worked out that while in a public carpark someone had been watching them, and had used a relay device to copy the unlock signal. They had also attached a mini tracker somewhere on the chasis. The car was never found.
The cctv aspect also, many people report that the criminals are wearing ski masks or that the cctv signal suddenly gets jammed. Considering these days a lot of cctv is wireless. These cars are stolen to order from sophisticated criminal gangs. In the videos I've seen, they are sometimes using teenage boys to actually drive the car away.

My God thieves are better equipped than the police these days. Scary.My cousin asked the man when she bought hers for security advice and, as above said, he said a steering wheel lock

Apparently posted by one of her family members, so she’s got the medical equipment back.
Hopefully she's learned a valuable lesson about posting where she is on Instasham from now on.
All this new technology and the best deterrent is a steering lock…..told to me by a criminal car stealer…..

My understanding of what she said was that if babies are screened at birth they have a better chance because they can start treatment straight away.
It's a degenerative condition and once muscle tone is lost it can not be reversed only stopped from spreading further.
