Yes and I’d say will go down the route of being bullied online after the accident etc that everyone was making up stories and her name was being tarnished so she became depressed, I’ve heard from someone in Glanmire that if she’s out shopping that ppl are pointing at her and talking bout her, all cork know what a scummy witch she is so I’d say she will go mental health route that she was suicidal after it
I thought the mental health defence only flies if she can prove she was mentally unwell at the time of the crime?? So what if she's depressed after the fact. Pretty normal thing to happen after you've killed your friend if you ask me
Oh I agree but Ppl let lighter sentences when they have an illness like cancer or they have a tough background. I think this one will play dirty and try get lighter sentence. Someone on here a while back said she was in st Michaels. She might say she was suicidal and her punishment is already been given by the public. You are not suppose to name these ppl pre trial as it can affect the case but her name was everywhere and all these stories etc so I think she will go that route. I really hope it’s brought up in court that she’s driving around still in Bernard’s jeep, one of the crimes she faces in district court is not having a licence so how is she still driving around.

It's due to the volume of information the judge has to consider. She will definitely be behind bars but I would imagine a fair chunk of the sentence will be suspended. Where I think she should get the maximum, given that not only did she cause the death, she lied and caused the family even more distress
