New video with a click bait title. She's moving to her second channel (didn't know she had one) and dropping down to one video a week because... her "team" (husband and another woman) told her to?

How is she going to keep making a six figure sum by halving her content, I wonder

No she says she’s still going to do the travel content but on the Joyful Living page and more condensed so a 7 day Disney trip won’t have 7 videos but only 1-2.

But she’s not deleting the Jen Lefforge channel so “keep watching your favourite videos”

I don’t know much about YT but why wouldn’t she migrate her existing videos to the Joyful Living channel? Seems to me people are still going to comment and ask questions on them so it would be easier to have them all in one place.

I can’t imagine her boring lifestyle stuff is bringing in views so I’d think she’s in for a shock when her numbers go down with less travel and Disney related content.

Now a vlog burning those curtains might bring numbers up…

New video seemed off. Husband and part time (?) employee told her to cut back. 2 to 4 videos a week was a lot of work. Only doing 1 video a week going forward. I'm wondering if she's taking another "gap year" like 8 years ago. Nice her husband has a good job.

Jesus someone commented that she's the most inclusive of Disney YouTubers. Really? I find that hard to believe since all we see are middle aged white women on her channel.
My prediction: after the people on the main channel start watching the other one, she'll have some revelation about it not being the same or her true identity or some nonsense.

I just find it all so disingenuous. Just admit that you stopped working once your kids were out of the house and you obviously had their education paid for. Just admit that your hobby channel is taking up too much of your time. Just admit that you don’t need to work like the rest of us.

I much more appreciate the Travel Tips By Laurie channel where she worked as a teacher til she had her kid and is now a SAHM with a pilot husband and talks about them flying standby being staff, etc.

She came up once in my YT feed and she got on my nerves with the declaring "I'm a pilot wife" as if pilots were some elite club secretly fighting to keep the Earth free from alien takeover, but nowhere near as annoying as Jen Lefforge.

I found her as the owner of Vesta Video Productions. Started in 2018. Why hide this? The whole YouTube thing was just a hobby. Why not be honest about it?

I like how on the linked in it says she's happiest when she's filming, writing, inspiring and leading. Leading what? Home videos about your drunken travels isn't leading and it sure as heck isn't inspiring.

Well she’s jumped the shark hasn’t she and sort of ruined her brand. The message over the last few months is -

- If you guys didn’t donate to my Patreon I wouldn’t share my vacations on YouTube

- Please donate and pay me upfront for a year

- I’ve had the best year ever and will earn 6 figures. I stuck with my “stretch goal” and it’s all worked out for me. Yay me!

- I’m throwing out my main channel, I’m no longer filming as many travel videos. I’ll film fewer videos and put them on my lifestyle channel

Because I call BS that posting travel videos would allow me to quit my full-time job after 2 years and still pay my mortgage and household expenses. Why not admit that “Scotty” pays for everything and her income is fun money?!

Not sure if it gets demonetized, but certainly won't get boosted in the algorithm as much if there's not consistent upload. If someone was looking for something it may come up anyway.

Probably because I think it's obvious to any normal person who watches the stuff she buys, the trips she takes and the amount of alcohol she takes with her and buys and the DVC ownership. The people who think she's some wise sage probably eat up anything she says.

This is very true and likely why they all give her money on a monthly or annual basis. Thanks for the reminder that there really are a lot of stupid people out there in the world. Lol

We met some folks on a trip and they seemed nice and we followed them on FB. They talk about "mission work" and "helping women out of trafficking" but their posts are usually going scuba diving or to beaches in Hawaii, Florida and recently they were in Thailand for like 18 months. I did see one post where she said something about DMing if you want info on how to "support what they're doing". Grifters.
If you want to help people, help them, but don't make it contingent on becoming a member of your religion.

Don't forget being a commercial pilot is a "HIGH PROFILE" job. While a very specialized, stressful, and unique career that I respect, "high profile"= a high ranking government official or anyone in the C-Suite in a Fortune 500 company.

Ya I don’t find that Travel Tips By Laurie mentions the pilot wife thing in a smug show off braggy manner like Jen does. She just uses it to explain how they’re able to travel so often and that’s why she has the travel knowledge and tips that she does, etc. She also doesn’t seem to beg for money (yet) so that’s always a positive for me. Lol

Her content is not really all that search based which tends to lead to views over time. She gets a blast of views when a video is uploaded and then views to to a trickle. The channel will still earn money for quite a while, but it will dwindle as views dwindle down too.
