I understand what she's going on about. The rapture is a bug feature of that religion. It makes sense though as I pegged her as coming from a much more conservative religious background. Women from that background often end up with the a la carte mix of different feel good bits from Christianity, buddhism, prosperity gospel and Oprah style 'wooo' Unfortunately, they can be just as dogmatic and convened they are right (Jen) and they don't sound nearly as smart as they think (Jen).

True story… last night I was watching YT videos about the cable car from the cruise port in Santorini up to the town. I started watching all the “shorts” and ended up on her’s without realizing. The way she sounded so patronizing about not taking the donkeys up/down the path like it’s her way or the highway.

1. Yes it’s cruel but that's up to the individual to decide for themselves.

2. This is a woman who literally got off the ship for about 3 hrs for an excursion, the bus returned the passengers to the cable car station and she took it down. She is not all knowing about Greece.

She's trying to say she's smarter than others for ditching evangelicalism (and maybe religion altogether?) as she's noted stuff like the rapture wont' be happening. She's the first one ever, by the way to move away from religion, and I'm sure the first from what I'll assume is one of the crazy evangelical denominations here in the US.

I almost admire her for how badly she speaks to her followers. Most influencers act overly nice and suck up to their following. Not our Jen, she'll tell you how superior she is to you, remind you she doesn't need to work hard and that she's only doing it because you're paying her. And charge you for the pleasure.

I’m always somehow amazed that these useless mats make a decent income out of doing almost nothing and the bare minimum effort put forth when doing almost nothing.

This one really grinds my gears. She thinks that all of the arts didn't exist before she started doing YouTube? Talk to someone who was trying to act in NYC or get into the music industry before social media existed. I'm sure some of these folks are on their own doing YouTube, but also I think a lot of these folks have little or inadequate health insurance.
She doesn't work hard, she's never had to struggle for anything, and she acts like holding up a phone to her face, spending 2 weeks packing for 5 day trips and possibly having a drinking problem is a tough life? She needs to do some serious re-evaluation.
EDIT: Also, I wonder if the person who suggested she consolidate got $250/hour from her?

I don't know if the growing chat on here is getting to her but she's in full on "no ducks to give" mode. It's probably directed here as a clapback but it's going out to everyone including people who do support her and like her content and I don't understand why she thinks people aren't noticing what a condescending tone she's adopting lately. We get it, she only has to put out one video a week and that's enough for her to travel, buy the Gucci, build generational wealth, fund her retirement and just generally be an obnoxious brag about how much disposable income she's got. Well done Jen for figuring out how to get maximum rewards for minimum effort. You're clearly the only person who's got life all figured out. It's insufferable.

If only I’d bagged a pilot at 18… I too could have a fugly Gucci bag and more savings for retirement right now.

Instead I’m 46, doing it alone, paying all the bills, saving for retirement and vacations and not a designer bag in sight working 40 hrs a week. Lol
