I just saw her post, I am not into babies or pregnancy content etc but I’ve always enjoyed her videos and they seem like a lovely couple, I wouldn’t wish that on anyone, that’s such sad news for them

It's understandable being in a baby bubble and wanting some time out but she knows people will be concerned giving her history, and I know that we're not entitled to know anything but it would take 3 seconds just to put up an insta story saying she's okay, or even to reply to a comment

Going quiet when people know a baby is due is a great way to drum up engagement and views whilst people keep checking back in the hopes of updates. People underestimate influencers!!

I think given what they went through, people will watch the video looking for her to be a certain way, whatever that is. If she was really down or outwardly upset, people would notice. She was upbeat in the video and that might be perceived as overcompensation or being disingenuous. Editing to add that I agree with @WhatABore below, I felt she was the same as usual.

Jaz imo has always had a very cheery, upbeat persona in her videos. She’s expressive and excitable most of the time. Even if she doesn’t feel that way atm, she could be in the ‘fake it til you make it’ mindset. You have to battle through the shit and get back to life, as she titled the video. At the end of the day YT is her ‘career’. It’s akin to having time off for a bereavement and eventually you have to go back to work, even if that means plastering a smile on your face.

I did notice she was talking about doing short-form content for TikTok as she prefers that to filming for YouTube now. It will be a shame if she steps back from YT because that’s where she built her platform but I suppose creators are going to follow the income source. TT has far surpassed YT in popularity and reach. I personally don’t use TT so I will miss her content if she decides to stop YouTube altogether, but I get it.

I had never seen anyone doing that before, especially she states she's doing baby led weaning.
Seems a bit bizarre to chew up the food for the baby and spit it back out for them to eat and gross

the only time I have seen that was when my nan used to partly chew up a rich tea biscuit to turn it into smaller chunks...for her elderly dog...which was a teacup yorkie who had no teeth and was on deaths door. Also my nan had dementia and vascular azheimers, so I could kind of let her off for that I guess.

Jaz may aswell blend the food and feed him purees if she's going to pre-chew his food, strange girl

I loved Jazzy's new vlog. You can tell Jazz and Nick make a great team. Their baby is possibly the cutest newborn ever. The vlog almost makes me want to have another baby

I am genuinely heartbroken for them both. I’m so sad we probably won’t get to see Nicks reaction to the pregnancy too because I just know that would have been the most amazing beautiful moment. I don’t normally cry at pregnancy announcements but her reaction at the end of her last video was just so magical, I feel awful for them.

I actually thought when I watched her video I hope she’s recorded and going to post nicks reaction cus I do genuinely think it would have been beautiful. I just feel so sad for them life is so cruel sometimes

I don't know if it's just me picking up on it but it seems like they won't let Hudson cry. Don't get me wrong, I don't mean things like the cry it out method or anything like that. More like for example when he wakes up from his nap, she's instantly there. In her most recent video you can see her constantly scanning the baby monitor ready to jump up as soon as he wakes up. She's done it in a few others before and as soon as she sees he's awake she's instantly there. The same as any time he wants picking up, or like she said about in the car, she'll listen to her audio book for 10/15 minutes and then she has to sing to him the rest of the time.
She absolutely adores him, and it must be difficult after stuff that happened but it seems like they give in to whatever he wants whenever he wants.
Hoping this comes across right and people know what I mean

Haven't watched the final vlog yet so might be missing something but I would say she is super emotional because life hasnt played out as she expected. She will probably be thinking how they should have been packing with their little baby and if there is a spare room it would have been a nursery etc. I haven't been through the trauma of loosing a child whilst pregnant but have been through very tough times and the tears and irrational moments are usually not about the thing that's being said.

That said, The packing was soooo slow I agree. I was stressed watching the first couple. Plus she said they had 3 days then changed her mind and said they had a week...therefore no real rush

Ok watched it now. My partner would leave me if he came home from work and instead of packing i was sat on the floor looking at photos. Why on earth didn't they just hire a mover? Surely they could afford it. Its gonna take another month at least to unpack if this is the speed she works at.

I don't know why anyone here is surprised, it's the way influencers work. Either something bad has happened (and I sincerely hope not) or she's just playing the influencer game. I do feel for her followers though because you can see in the comments that they're clearly worried.

In their eyes, she's taken them along for the whole journey (the big announcement, the baby shopping vlogs, clothing hauls, bump photo updates, packing the hospital bag) so they're obviously worried that around the time she would be due to give birth, it's radio silence. For someone who was adamant they would be vlogging their birth, it would be odd for them to expect her to want privacy.

It's just the influencer culture, sadly. Her audience are largely made up of young vulnerable people who likely see her as a friend, so she'll monetise that when it suits her and leave them in the dark at the right time to up her engagement.

Like someone said, it would take 2 seconds for her to post a story saying "all is well, we're just taking some time as a family" but doing that would stop people commenting on her posts every day.

I actually feel so stressed watching her videos! They booked a hotel room the night before Soph's wedding to avoid any stress, then she ended up getting changed into her wedding outfit in the car in the car park whilst the other guests were arriving just so she could keep her curlers in for a bit longer?!

That was after starting the vlog saying she was already 10mins late for an appointment but she kept chatting for ages instead of just leaving it's the worst vlogger trait.
