I mean ... I can tell what he's trying to say, it's not quite gibberish ... but it's in no way well written, and seems to be burying the lede. There's more jargon than necessary, and it's opening the door to circular logic.

Not to me-rail but a former friend of mine is a nurse and counts each qualification as a degree. She often claims that she's smarter than most doctors but that's an argument for another day. I wonder if his mum's done something similar.
