I’ve never had Facebook instagram or any other social media. I came across Jane when looking for slimming world help.when I watched her I just couldn’t believe the crap she came out with.her portions were like something out of Henry the eighth. She just frustrated me. And I couldn’t stop watching because my mind just boggled with her.
Then I found tattle. And omg. What a relief .it wasn’t just me . And finally I had somewhere to pent my frustrations with likeminded people. She’s such a narcissist.

The Gammons thought she had found (invented ) a quick fix plan in calorie counting. For her it was just an excuse to eat crap.
If you look at her portion sizes, they are about a 1/5 of the size of her SW meals. If she had eaten those sized portions on SW and bulked them out with plenty of veg , she would have lost weight, undoubtedly.
But the fact is, she doesn't want to eat healthy. She wants to eat rubbish. And as time has gone on, the realisation that you actually don't get much food for your calories when you eat processed crap, has probably turned into her eating more and more which has resulted in weight gain. It's clear to see she certainly hasn't lost any more weight and looks likes she has gained.
And yes, I saw her Mum in the wedding pics...Jane you may as well just give up now love! Charlie boy, that is what you have to look forward to!

It doesn't matter what she says, the camera never lies. Even the Gammonettes will see through it eventually. Just wait, after a month long Birthday celebrations of even more crap than usual, lets see if she can still pull the wool over peoples eyes.

I haven't watched the latest 'premier' vlog yet but I'm guessing if that coat actually has a size 12 label on it, it's a mistake and has been sewn into the wrong coat! It happens!
