When it comes to the situation involving the waiter, I actually agree with you. All the accounts I've read said that the waiter made out with James for an hour before he changed his mind. In what universe does it take someone that long to figure out they aren't enjoying physical intimacy with another person? So in that particular instance, I call BS. And this coming from someone who cannot stand JC or his particular brand of extra.
Now having said all that, some of the other examples I've seen/read do seem to suggest some predatory-like behavior. If someone tells you without hesitation that they are not interested, then stick a fork in it because you are done. If you continually come at them or get grabby then you have some serious issues that need addressing. But JC isn't the first delusional gay YouTube we've come across. Matthew Lush and JS are both equally big offenders as well. JS and his situation involving his "straight" boyfriend Nate makes me cringe. They need to step away from PornHub and come back to reality with the rest of us.
