No matter how much weight he looses, or corrective surgery for anything else, nothing would ever change his nasty attitude. Even in his Towie days, many of the cast often commented on him spreading rumours/stirring. Vile, just vole.

Think the difference is the band can be adjusted to allow more or less food in but the sleeve removes part of the stomach entirely and diverts it off somewhere else

They didn't bring him to hospital, so I assume a bit of a wobble at home, maybe a crisis or palpitations, something like that. Definitely sounds like he's using again.
