I’m new to this thread, although I’ve been reading here for quite some time
From what I’ve seen those 2 boys are feral and have no boundaries at all. I can’t stand him allowing them to jump all over the furniture the way they do, mainly because they will think it’s acceptable to do it at other people’s houses, not that they ever seem to get invited anywhere other than the grandparents houses!!
When is he meant to be moving out? I bet she can’t stand him being there. I really hope she doesn’t let him still have a key otherwise he will be coming and going whenever he feels like it which I don’t think is right once he has his own place
I would have been so pissed off at him turning up early hours of the morning saying he felt ill all just for content. I don’t think it’s amicable anymore between them. I’m not surprised

Welcome to commenting on the thread! Yes I wondered about him still having a key after he's left his former marital home, I hope Flaps puts her foot down. Years ago when my ex moved out he kept letting himself in, it was a real invasion of privacy & I ended up getting a solicitor to write to him.

Also, regarding buying a house I think that’s extremely unlikely.
Firstly he would need to get off the mortgage he’s on with Flaps. That can take ages and SHE would need to be able to afford to take it on her own. I think it’d be unlikely the bank would transfer the mortgage into just her name when she doesn’t appear to have a proper income. And presumably she’d need a larger mortgage so as to buy out his share?
Also, usually all the above would have been agreed by the courts during the divorce process which again I don’t think they’ve gone through as he would have

And then even if that had been sorted out, the likelihood equally of the bank lending to him? He hasn’t got a steady income and I don’t think Natwest are gonna lend Jake £500k on the basis he’s gonna play one of the weird sisters in a panto in Dagenham later this year.

Yeh it’s all very odd isn’t it? As well as not actually earning proper wages, I can only imagine how much they have on credit cards, Klarna etc which they look at too. What does blow my brain is the amount Flaps spent on a boob job, holidays and new clothes this year.
Somebody who is well off does not have to sell clothes, manky old shoes and children’s toys on Vinted. I think possibly Matt and Zelda have put a deposit down on a house for him, that’s the only way I can imagine he’s in a house with a mortgage.

you google Jake Quickenden companies house and look at his business (JQ Entertainment Limited) his last accounts done in Nov look relatively healthy. They aren’t the full picture as they are micro accounts, but are showing £350k in Capital & Reserves.
When you compare that to Flaps (search Sophie CN Limited) that’s only showing £72k. The Fig Tree business is also under her name, but as it’s new there is nothing submitted.
Be interesting to see the full profit and loss account not just the balance sheet. That may tell a different story

It would be a difficult one to get past the underwriters alright, I'd say. 
I just don’t understand CH accounts. So he had £350k? My pal split with her husband and bought him out of house but bearing in mind it wasn’t shared ownership plus they had a small house/mortgage and been together a long time it is still a struggle. I don’t understand how they don’t seem bothered about splitting when neither Fakey or Flaps have a stable income

I think he has got savings, it's something he mentioned in an interview a few years back. Cos he doesn't have steady work he has some savings in case he doesn't get work. Last year he barely had any work he did the n*nce play for 10 weeks then he had panto in Scarborough and a few weekends in Warrington in January then his 2 minute appearances on TM can't pay that much
