I like to imagine the scene played out when the evil photographers / journos somehow convinced guest to pose a little bit nude in a bath full of money…

Evil media types “so, we’ve got this great angle yeh, it’s you…semi nude and get this…you’re in a bath full of cash, smirking”

Guest “Won’t that look kind of insane, greedy, stupid, rude, smug, devious, grabby, deviant, perverse, arrogant, narcissistic and totally fucking mental given the fact that pretty much the whole of the internet has recently realised I’m a grifting, thieving, no good chancer who parts the poor from their cash and the entire purpose of this interview was to somehow recover from that and save my flabby, floundering joke of a career?”

Evil media types “as mentioned…you’d be semi nude…”

Guest “….’ere hold me knickers”

And she does sultry semi-nude so well…

The bath pic is one of my favourites. When you think of a woman in a bath, you imagine images like this. They could have totally put Jack in a pose like this, exuding femininity, warmth, relaxation. Just replace the water with pennies.

Instead they made her lie back with her arms and legs out like a simpleton and her head back surrounded by pennies. The overall effect I got was ‘this woman is a joke-a talentless, cheap chancer. Enjoy what a dickhead we’ve made her look’.

Hadn't thought of it before but you're absolutely right. Artistic choices were made.

The whole interview and photoshoot almost feel like they were set up to finish her career off.

Lying in the bath of money and talking about what she spent the money on in the article was such bad taste. I can't believe her and her agent were ok with it when they saw it all put together.
She was so thrilled at getting her photo taken for the graun and simultaneously too stupid to realise the piece was a subtle hatchet job.
---
She was actually crowing about it.

CROWING.
