Ugh I hate that horrible patronising ‘little Turkish barber’ shit - it’s exactly the same as my mother’s crappy soft racism born of living in the same village for 75 years and barely ever meeting a non-white person. ‘The doctor was a nice little foreign chap’ for instance and you can’t really call her out on it because she’s old and she will never grasp why it’s shitty because well she didn’t say anything nasty about him and god you’re so oversensitive I can’t say ANYTHING <sulks for a fortnight> so my sister and I just moan at each other about it in our parallel-to-the-family-whatsapp group chat instead.

I don’t understand how her profiteering helps “fight poverty”

I donate to Zarach, a charity whichprovides bed packs for poor school children andworks with other agencies for food bank and school uniform support. They actually help fight poverty without lining their own pockets and developing what (could have been) a lucrative TV career. Jack is nothing more than a talking head, a gobshite character whose rolled out for sound bites
It annoys me how she's held up as some sort of saint for the amount of money she's raised for TT as well. Because what, exactly, did she do? Set up a go fund me that takes seconds, and an ill thought out, rushed teemill account. Any money she raised is down to her large social media audience, there's zero work or effort required from Jack. She's not organised any events, hasn't made items to sell, hasn't given her time and services in exchange for charity donations, hasn't run a marathon or something - nothing. All she's done is send out a few tweets, which let's face it, is all she ever bloody does 🤷‍♀️.

It's just irritating how she takes credit for 'raising thousands' when actually she's done fuck all.

I know this was said in gest however the whole "Jack has done more than you/most people..." to me is actually irrelevant. I don't understand why some people don't understand that you can do good things AND bad things? Notwithstanding the fact that I'm really not too sure what good she's done, the point for me is even if she HAS done good stuff, she has also done a lot of bad. The 2 can coexist and any good doesn't cancel out the bad.
I agree with you however I think the bad she has done, specifically:

1. Making people believe it's possible to live off £20 per week food
2. Taking money donations off people who stated that they were themselves skint
3. Bullying people on social media , some of them clearly quite vulnerable
4. LYING about various life experiences and conditions which are very personal and painful for some people
5. MURDERING various perfectly decent songs, such as Journey
6. Abusing innocent foodstuffs

....outweigh the good of encouraging other people to donate money to Trussell Trust.

Appreciate some people might disagree with this as charity is charity, but that's my personal view on the matter, Yer Honour.

I do not believe that anyone, esp if desperately short of money, would just give away a £900 table plus all the other stuff she's listed, in exchange for help moving and a curry and bants
with alllllll her friends. Or maybe Jack would because she expects to just get it all replaced?
So, Jack. What you’re saying is that you’ve had to buy people’s friendship with AT LEAST £6-7k of stuff (£1,300 larder, £849 table, wardrobes, chests of drawers etc etc etc)? And all you’re getting back is help moving and a curry or two?

Yeah, that should tell you something about yourself, pal. Even in your completely made up stories about yourself, fictional people find you pretty insufferable.

And let’s not forget about the VBI. It’s been 10 months now - it’s pretty clear it’s never going to emerge. I wish someone would put her on the spot about it

Gutted I missed the chaos in real time (I was BUSY).
I fully expect another pass-agg "I'm not seething, you're seething, FOURTH HIT PIECE!" blog post or twitter thread incoming asap. If not then she's definitely had her twits tied due to Grifty Kitchen.
Thought it would be amusing to take a look at her old back and forths with The Daily Mail via her blog and Guardian column.
See 14-15th December 2013 for an insight into the incredibly obvious narc rage to smart arse to cool as a cucumber routine.
Nothing says you're not bothered like replying three times to the same article, on three different occasions.

Thanks for this !! Haven’t posted in a while but reading through some of these links and the Daily Mail article today it’s really irked me

Jack definitely has more money than she lets on… if for no other reason (obviously we all know there’s PLENTY of other reasons!!!) then she obviously has a reasonable solicitor on tap. My assumption with the DM article is that she’s been onto said solicitor straight away screaming defamation at the top of her lungs and said solicitor has found some clause 0.1.4.5.7.9999 of the defamation handbook and the article is in dispute. She shouts liable at random twitterers so she’ll take great pleasure in doing at the DM.

Christ on a bike this woman is irritating.

On a side note, I have loved the slop thread. I wanted to make one myself but my husband rather eloquently said he would rather put his nob in a cheese grater then try one after showing him some pictures from fellow fraus. I wasn’t tackling that shit solo so I opted out.
Nah if it was that, the lawyer would get it taken down while investigated.

They often turn off comments when it’s about a “controversial” celeb that might invoke a lot of heavily personalised or offensive commentary. Or they got a Jack FM attack.

I see that some kind Frauen here are wondering about the effect this will be having on SB. All I would say is that by the time I was 13 I was more than wise to the ways of my narc parent and really wanted as little to do with them as possible. If their behaviour had been called out, I wouldn’t have felt sad. I’d have felt SEEN.

If anything sums up how pathetic Jack's life is, it's pretending she ever needed a 14 seater table. I imagine, it's supposed to conjure up visions of lively gatherings of mates clamouring to try the latest Jack slops. Instead it's just been sitting there gathering dust until Jack decides to perch the old Mediterranean on it for one of her weird embarrassing selfies.

She didn't care about Jamie Oliver's mental health or David Walliams when she incited and encouraged pile ons.
You completely deserve all that is happening to you Jack.

This is why I no longer waste time feeling sorry for her. She's always back before long to take advantage of those less fortunate than her.
