Almost glad I missed it, despite loving a Jack-live-along. The wobbly nervousness always brings me out in sympathy, despite everything.
Just had to say, Mom has been suggesting marinating things in bags, for ease of fridge space and cleaning up afterwards, for YEARS. I don't think she supports flinging chicken juice around the cooking area as a rule though.

Thread title misleading. Comments are on over at Del Monte IG. Confirming that the chicken was purchased this morning and that the upside down part was the chicken itself.

I’ve realised that first thing on a morning I grunk all my emails - especially as a part time working Frau. How long before I use grunk out loud at work?
By the way, on this date several million years ago, I turned down the offer of spending a Guinness-fuelled night with a geeky guitarist. He walked me home, lifted up my stupid novelty hat, kissed me Goodnight on the forehead and went back to his place alone. Still saw him regularly around and in the months following that, I found out that he had the ability to make me literally double up with laughter.
He's just come back in from buying some cat litter, kissed me on the top of the head and said 'Happy Turning Me Down Day'.

That was the recipe that made me throw the book across the room - was rit! And chopping that many mushrooms by hand that small takes a bleeping AGE!
