That is disappointing. I think because he is see as one of the good guys he is given a bye ball a lot of the time, whereas if it was someone like Alfie Deyes that behaviour would rightfully be seen as shady and greedy.

Apparently joe Suggs done that subscription trick too. Kind of thing jack would usually call youtubers out for.
Also he needs to stop trying to be Ricky gervais. Ricky is unlikeable anyway never mind ricky2.0

Yes I saw that makes sense though that Isaac is ariannes. I thought it odd that he wouldn’t have mentioned his own son (ie Isaac, if he was his) on the podcast at least once

Re recent podcast - sorry I know this is a rave thread and I really do love 99% of the stuff jack puts out/says. But does anyone else find it really annoying how rude he is in the urban legends episodes? Stevie clearly puts a lot of effort into researching and I genuinely enjoy the stories, yet jack dismisses them before he’s even heard them. I know it’s a running gag and meant to be funny but I just find it really annoying. If he hates the urban legends so much he should stop wasting stevies time and stop doing these episodes.

He addressed it on his IG stories, someone asked if it might have been to him being around Jack and he just skirted over it and said "no, we hadn't seen each other" even though they definitely had.

Bit of a coincidence that half of the youtubers seem to have got it at the same time then isn’t it

Personally I do like Chi with a C, she has very blunt humour so not everyone will like her. I do agree though, her and her mum were quite boring to watch but then again that isn't her usual set up for YouTube so they were probably both out of their comfort zones. She was also probably the most known youtuber he had on there, sorry but I didn't actually know any of the others....



Thisss too.. If he's gonna be doing a youtuber gogglebox then why not watch new content / relevant content. The whole video was boring as, but his fans won't tell him that will they

Sorry yeah I didn’t dislike her, I just didn’t think it was a big enough ‘performance’ for his first episode. I have watched a couple of her skits since and she’s funny.

I didn’t know the others apart from his friends either. As I said for a first episode he should have started big to keep viewers wanting more.

His YouTube main channel is dead, people watched it for the tea and now he’s trying to reinvent himself and go more mainstream. I get that he’s changed but he just seems to Chuck a video out every so often for the payday. Surely the podcast which he’s good at and clearly loves doing is paying okay now he’s got a sponsor with Spotify

Really rate jaackmate but less so since he gained more subs. The observational comedy he used to do a couple of years or so back was brilliant. All this stuff about youtubers is great im sure..if you know who they all are. The comedy he used to do could have been for anyone.

So what's apparently happened between him and Jordan?

So these are the announcements they made on the happy hour twitter back in April. Mentions them 'drifting apart' and their working relationship was affecting their ability to be friends, which is very vague. I just don't believe these guys are still friends? They did a podcast together for a long while, then moved in together, then all of a sudden Jordan moved out, still did the podcast, then left the podcast. Stevie mentioned Jordan on a recent podcast and Jack was very awkward saying something like 'let's not go there', so there is obviously bad blood. I watched one of jordans livestreams the other day, guy seems so down and depressed since this happened. I really do hope they're mates, but the way things are looking I doubt they are friends anymore, I do wonder what really happened. Probably an elbow in the gob for Jordan that Jacks friend Alfie has kind of replaced him. I guess we'll maybe find out in time?

He Tweeted yesterday that he feels really sick, headache, etc. Said he done one of those rapid covid tests (that we can pick up for free) and it was negative.
He deleted the Tweet. I wish I screenshot it.

I actually enjoy the main show podcast but sometimes i don’t get why he keeps having youtubers on… like if he’s trying to be seen as more of a podcaster why is it nearly always youtubers or whatever as guests and the same questions…seems like he’s trying to have his cake and eat it.

i don’t think he’s a horrible guy, if anything he seems like quite a genuine person. I think hes just a bit daft and sometimes gets carried away with the “joke” and maybe doesn’t see that the main sell of the pod isn’t having X the streamer or Y the Fifa youtuber on. i’m sorry but i just don’t care about the sidemen and i think i’m the same age as Jack/the target demographic
