Woke up. Started it. Will suffer at work tomorrow but could not wait. 
I go on holiday in mid September and am going to try and keep it until then but I dont think I'll be able to resist!If your waiting for audiobook it wont drop

It's nice to see more actors joining the HP remake. I am glad Warwick is going to be in it.

My audiobook arrived at 3am. I start my day with a little shuffle and despite being half way through another book, I’ve paused it and started Strike. It’s a slow listen as I average 45 to 60 mins a day but it makes it a real treat for me. Happy reading/listening all.
I really hope they dont and just leave him alone. Poor Warwick has had a really tough time the last thing they need is that lot trying to get him cancelled. I resisted the urge to wait for the audiobook last night and have listened to the first chapter this morning. As much as it pains me to do so, I want to absorb it properly when I’m not distracted by kids and work.
I am reminiscing instead back to when Deathly Hallows came out - I’d been up half the night with a new boyfriend, dragged myself into Asda at 8am to buy the book, got home and read it in one sitting until the early hours of the next day. I remember not being sure how much of the dazed feeling I had from finishing the book was due to tiredness or from the conclusion of the story.
I suppose I’m now anticipating that similar feeling for the end of THM - glad to be at the end but sad it’s over. At least it’s not the end of the series.
Anyway - happy publication day! Thank you to Joanne who continues to give us wonderful stories and stand up for women when she doesn’t have to.

Do we know how many more titles there are to go? Not sure if shes said how many more she thinks she will write.
I’ve seen 10 quoted as what is planned.
JK original said ten books in the series and Tom Burke hoped it would be his Morse so maybe there could be more.
Awww good to know he loves doing the series. Morse had 14 books which I binged earlier this year.
I listened to the first 3 hours of the audiobook today and am on ch13 - hooked! My husband is still halfway through The Running Grave and I lied about waiting for him to listen together
