I love that she describes herself as a SAHM when her one year old is in daycare three days a week just because she has appointments and wants to eat macarons alone. Don't you have to have the kid at home with you to qualify for SAHM status, otherwise you're just, I dunno, unemployed with a kid?

I just don't get how she thought it would land. Does she assume most of her followers are fellow bored housewives that don't need to work who would sympathise with her whinge? Because I'm guessing most Aussies don't feel sorry for someone who lives in a rich suburb and has a beach house and hasn't returned to paid work but who is complaining about the cost of child care.

That and the wine video, I'm not sure she understands her audience. She's also super sensitive to criticism for someone who posts such private details about her life (her kid's sleep patterns, what he eats, the state of her relationship, her husband's work hours, where the childcare is and what the educators names are... even about her anal pessaries which I really could do without ever hearing about). I really should look away but i can't

Jo - when you read this. JUST FEED YOUR CHILD/CHILDREN WHATEVER THEY WANT TO EAT.

your child eating a fkkking Croissant is impacting your mental health?? Get a grip. Go and sit in the children’s hospital for weeks on end with a sick child, go and sit with a family who has feeding difficulties where the child has a feeding tube.

your kids are one day probably going to smoke or do drugs to rebel so don’t worry about preservative’s

good!! I hope she does read here now and correct her “I’m a brat attitude. “ all I see Joanna do is make crap food that Charles never eats anyway and rub her belly consecutively daily. Complain about the price of an ivf medication and then is pictured buying $5000 bags 🤣
most condescending woman on Insta. I said what I said.

Does she never just give that kid a simple throw in the oven chicken nugget dinner or something once in a while? I know he is young and yes I am all for healthy eating and getting the good stuff in them but my god that kid is 90% fish congee 😩 let him experience other tastes 🤣

I’m so glad I found this thread! She has been driving me mad lately! The constant moaning, she has such a privileged easy life! I work full time and have 2 kids and have to do all the things she has to in about 1/20th of the time!
I started following her when pregnant with my second who is a few months older than Charles. I didn’t have IVF but had a long journey to having a second and also had to have a termination for medical reasons after a 12 week scan so I felt like we had things in common, i am not as old as her but at 40 felt like an older mum. Also I have a couple of friends who used donor eggs so I always like to educate myself. However lately I have just found her so irritating, things like saying oh this bread is expensive when they clearly are loaded! Also poor Charles, he just wants to be a normal toddler and he’s constantly being forced to eat. Sometimes mine will eat a full plate of lentil stew, some days he just east cheese, it doesn’t matter and no one cares! She also said ages ago they keep Charles up later so that Nick can do bathtime and now she’s whinging that he doesn’t go be bed early! Make up your mind.
I knew this baby would be a girl, they clearly selected a boy then a girl. Poor Charles, he will be shoved in daycare full time while she dresses the baby up like a dolly. Mind you he’ll probably have more fun there!

she is unbelievable. “we have a son and a daughter, isn’t this just the best?!” followed by “if you’re struggling in the ivf shitstorm then its not a walk in the park, hang in there”. is she ok?!! sleep deprivation maybe?
So tone deaf!
Followed by ‘I really should write a book one day’. Oh that would be a fascinating read. How about just a one-liner ‘don’t wait until you’re nearly a pensioner to have children and then cry infertility’?

How can this thread move so slow?… 🤣🤣
Everyday is literally the same

Good morning with a cup of coffee picture. Thinking about the mummas who's kids are ...m sick, tired, teething, bla bla

Then 5 pictures of Charles eating and a park visit.

So boring. Can't wait 4 the baby to come now.

Now she works?? What’s with then lying and always saying you’re a stay at home mum!
Yes I thought this! She always says that! My son is a similar age to Charles and I work and no way would I have the time to faff about like she does! Let alone post constantly on insta!
Also the friend who shared this with her - either they think the same as us - or why would you do that, or more likely they don’t exist and she was searching.
As for “gender selection was not an option”. Yeah right Joanna, keep telling yourself that.

The only thing more boring than listening to someone talk about their kids' sleep is listening to someone talk about what they kids eat... no one cares Grandma!

She can’t even handle the kid she has.. let alone another one. However, I am kind of intrigued to see what happens. Like an accident you can’t look away from. 😅😂😂

Joanna’s day, summed up:

• Complains about the weather & rain
• Complains the new $6M+ house has no garage/carport.
• Complains about daycare drop-off, despite choosing it for quiet time. The tears are not necessary - we know they are fake.
• Complains about not getting enough kid-free time.
• Complains about traffic and how long daycare pick-up takes.
• Complains Chiara didn’t eat or sleep well at childcare.
• Complains about the mess after having the kids for only a few hours, then puts them to bed.

Every little thing seems to become an issue. I guess when you spend years doing very little, even normal daily responsibilities start to feel overwhelming.
What an absolute drainer!

How long before Nicks forced into a carport/garage?
