Does she own her home? Btw I really don't want to be one of those ski snobs (men, usually) you see in the Tiktok comment sections but it's crazy she's been skiing since 3....she genuinely looks like someone that's only done one season
no she rents in Clapham. It’s a gorgeous building but she defs doesn’t own it
---
is her bf William Wade?
Apparently so. I wonder if it’s more of a branding partnership though? I could’ve sworn he was gay, dunno where I’ve got that from though.

I bumped into him when he was doing promo for the pergola places in London a few years ago, he absolutely adores himself. Him and his twin brother have been chasing being famous for yonks. They were in a trashy Netflix show at one point.

he’s a very generic example of the London promotions scene - reality tv - influencer pipeline.

he’s almost a decade older than her too.

I see. I get that she's young and it's expensive in London but if I'm selling my body for money I would not be wasting it on Birkins without buying my own place first.

It’s insane. To have gone through the whole process of meeting random dudes via “mutual friends” and all you have to show for it is a lousy leather bag is embarrassing. At least with a watch there’s an underlying precious metal, craftsmanship, utility and it doesn’t wear like disposable cloth. But with a handbag, there’s nothing to show for it. You can buy the same thing off of aliexpress and 99.99% of the world wouldn’t know the difference. She should’ve prioritised the flat. But it would make sense that she couldn’t get a mortgage. She’s effectively “self-employed” and she doesn’t have 3 years of accounts to show that she has a 4.5x multiple to pay for a £500k-£600k Clapham flat. She might have earned enough via this new revelation but Halifax isn’t going to factor in income from “£1800 per night punter reviewers”. Shame really — because the tacky, bedazzled, non-waitlisted Rolex and the Birkin she didn’t even want would’ve been enough for a deposit on a 1 bed flat in SW London. She doesn’t have a legitimate revenue stream to cover the income requirement of a mortgage though. Parents have no money and she has nothing above board in her own right. She could’ve almost bought a flat up North in cash though if she was frugal.

It’s now almost guaranteed that this whole advent calendar shtick is either (a) a wash up of ‘client’ gifts and/or (b) gifts she bought herself. No chance these are from a boyfriend.

I’m never jealous of the girlies buying makeup and handbags and dresses on insta, it’s just overpriced tat and overconsumption.

but the girlies with the beautiful houses? That I am jealous of!

This is a bit of a tangent but bear with me.

so William wade is ‘co owner’ of this nasal tape product. And another ‘co owner’ is an influencer called James Middleton (not related to Kate) who is quite posh (dad was a partner at big 4 accounting firm, family home in London, gifted a flat in central London etc). He’s married to an American influencer who was on some reality tv thing years ago. There’s a whole Reddit thread on her and now him, as they met and bodged a wedding to get him a green card via a loop hole (basically entered the US on a tourist visa and did a shot gun wedding).
Anyway, he was exposed for selling his used undies to gay men on a website. There’s emails posted to the website as proof. And it implicated James’ then friend Angus Warburton who is heir of the warburton bread company. You’d think they wouldn’t need the money but maybe the mentality is that it’s easy cash.

Obviously I’m not implying the Wade dude does this stuff but it’s funny his co owner / friend has, so maybe it’s quite common in this influencer circle.

I only found this thread the other day and I’m loving it 🤣
Can only assume they get propositioned in DMs or something then think why not it’s an easy buck? Then lifestyle inflates and they have to keep on with it.

also once you’re aware it feels like you can see the signs. Like the Middleton guy does a lot of gay baiting stuff which makes sense if he’s playing to that audience. Same with Isobel, she’ll be hinting at what’s on offer but most people will miss the signs.

Going back to the birkin. I know every influencer seems to have one these days but don’t some go up in value? I guess if she buys the bag and then sells it the ‘cash’ is laundered and can be used for buying a house or something. I assume Hermes don’t do proof of funds checks but given the cost of the bags maybe they should? I mean money laundering laws apply to all businesses!!

How many times can one say “Aprés”! ffs woman! Get a grip!

She popped up on my feed randomly & something just seemed off! This thread was at the top of the search results when I googled her! The SW makes sense cos her “businesses” and self-made story doesn’t make sense!

Ong this girl is as fake as it comes and clearly lying.

furthermore it’s creepy that her boyfriend is almost a decade older than her.. hes just clinging onto her to raise his own profile, he’s only been able to go on this ski trip and stay at miles family home because of her.. they’re all missing some serious brain cells and everything is for “content” or status.

Her attitude about the foundation in the advent calendar ‘ugh I hope he got the right shade’ as if she’s not the one who picked everything out and organised the whole thing herself 😭🤣🤣🤣 give it a rest girl. She reeks of desperation.

I suppose Voir will have some legitimacy attached to it, but as she's renting so it's a moot point.

It's "friends with benefits"...... 😂

she’s 23 living in the outer London, why would she buy? People a decade older than her can’t even buy in London as a single. She’s young and childish hopefully she grows up

Most people a decade older don’t own 20k handbags. The money would even be better invested buying somewhere up north and giving her a rental income OR in savings for a deposit for the future. Instead, she’s frittering it all away on handbags and ski trips.

for me that was the biggest giveaway that she didn’t come from a wealthy background. People who understand money know how to make it work for them.

It honestly makes me feel sad for her. She says she thinks uni is a “waste of time”, which is weird because she’d started a uni degree then dropped out and then started another distance degree but this seems to have fallen by the wayside too. She started the apprenticeship and then dropped that. I’m intrigued as to why she dropped out of two uni courses then decided it wasn’t for her and a waste of time.

the handbags and the ski trips and the expensive flat all feel like a desperate bid to prove she’s successful at girlbossing. That she’s not a failure.

it feels to me like she’s gone to London pretty young, and has fallen in with a crowd who have put her on the route she’s on now. Her friends all seem to be similar influencers. She knew to rent an office address to hide her real address for her business which is pretty unusual and astute.

the decade older boyfriend is concerning too, especially when he takes smug photos of himself with a cigar? Who does that? No one who isn’t trying to cosplay a Bond villain.

Not true - instagram is littered with girls selling their bodies for handbags. It’s also easier to buy a handbag with ill gotten gains than to buy a property and have to prove where the money came from
---

as someone who lives in actual inner London and has lived in London for a long time - we don’t see Clapham as inner London lol.. it’s extremely far to get anywhere and south of the river

her building over looks stunning

Girls that sell their vaginas to flaunt handbags on Instagram are a minority, even in London. Most people do not live this way.

Ultimately she's making poor financial decisions especially when her income is unpredictable. If her jewellery and bags are real that's enough money to at least make a start on saving for a deposit or investment. All the rich influencers own property, it's not an unrealistic goal for someone who's happy to drop 9k on a bag.

umm I’ve lived in London for over a decade, Clapham is definitely defined as inner London.

it’s part of Lambeth (some of it is Wandsworth) which is defined as inner London;

South of the river isn’t hard to get to at all? And Clapham especially isn’t. It has multiple tube stations (on the Victoria line, one of the fastest) and Clapham junction which has trains all over, and which is close to her flat.

south London doesn’t have as many tube stations but it’s definitely not hard to get to, no more so than other areas of London.

Clapham is popular with a lot of young Londoners and influencers precisely because it’s a nice neighbourhood with easy access. Niomi smart is another influencer who lives there. Are you sure you’re from London? Never known anyone to refer to Clapham as outer London or as hard to get to.

I’ve lived North, East and south London for context.

She's in a real catch 22. She either carries on entertaining to pay the bills, or works her IG and TT to fund her lifestyle instead.

I don't think SM is going to pay her enough atm; she certainly doesn't collab enough. I would imagine her next step is to find a wealthy man/sugar daddy, so she can continue the charard. I can't see William lasting.
Yeh she’s digging herself into a hole. The buisness she’s created simply doesn’t have the credentials to support the type of lifestyle she seems to have. She doesn’t name these big clients she supposedly has.

You’re correct. Clapham isn’t outer London and I’ve never heard a real Londoner refer to it as such :ROFLMAO:

you’re missing the point. as I said, it’s weird to put her down for paying rent instead of buying as a 23 year old. Even if she wanted to buy, it’s impossible as she’d have to declare that income was legit - therefore easier to buy bags.

furthermore - it’s not really a minority - you’d be surprised how many girls and women are doing it these days.. not exclusive to London, it’s an issue in any major city that has money
