A couple of people commented in the last thread about the private school Ella attended. You are right it was a bad financial decision. To begin with, IG and AE live in a nice neighborhood, which means the public schools there are pretty good. No need for private if the parents' income is not that great. I also remember IG complaining about the price of Ella's private school being very high. He was anxious they would not be able to make ends meet, particularly during the difficult period he went through, when he couldn't find an acting job.
I still think it's either mAlice or someone from her environment (Tone, friends, or even Ella herself) who hacked the account. It is possible the financial decisions relating to the divorce have begun to be enforced. AE had mentioned he had told her they'd have to pull the kid from school. Things have probably started happening, and it's possible this is Ella's last week at the old school.
I understand what some people mean by saying it was not the best time for IG to pull Ella from her school, but he doesn't appear to actually have a paying job at the moment, the divorce is getting expensive, and they need to divide assets. Private school is super expensive in CA.
I also think AE will not necessarily manage to delay the divorce as she claims she can do and as Angelina Jolie did. She simply doesn't have the money, and she won't be able to raid their joint accounts at will. A friend who lives in CA once told me his divorce took two years because his wife was being unreasonable with the division of assets. His lawyer told him that, according to CA law, she would never get her way (in that particular case, I'm not speaking of every Californian who is going through a divorce). She wasn't able to use joint assets to delay the divorce, so she had to use her own funds. The lawyers' bills were killing her, so, in the end, she agreed to his terms (which were reasonable), and the divorce was issued without any issues. That specific couple didn't have a prenup. IG and AE do, and she hasn't been able to force the issue of the private school. I don't think she can make too much of a fuss about the kids, at least if IG is only asking for joint custody, because she doesn't have Angelina Jolie's money, and there is too much evidence against her for parental alienation.
I'm still wondering what kind of "scary legal place" she referred to at the time she closed her Twitter account. For such a nightmare of a woman to be forced to leave Twitter, it must have been scary indeed, and it wouldn't be easy for something scary to resolve itself so quickly. Of course, mAlice being mAlice, she just couldn't keep away from being on SM and being obnoxious. If she's behind the hack, she must be really scared now (at least for the time being), hence her silence, which is the silence of the guilty.
I just remembered. Didn't AE once ask for the IDs of Tattlers? Wouldn't that be encouragement to hack accounts?
