Well she’s back on form ladies @Mejt26, the gifted items have been arriving thick & fast. Baubles, Cakes, Cookies, Play kitchen for Ava, balloons, the list is endless

Today was 2021 planners and she was gifted 2, just different colours. Now here’s a thought Hev, how about you do a nice giveaway with one of the planners and throw in some more items that companies have kindly gifted you; just a thought.

She‘s beyond sneaky, underhand, deceitful, misleading, greedy & grabby. This last couple of weeks it’s just been take, take, take. These companies are being taken for fools and so are her so called followers, a lot have been bought so wouldn’t give a damn.

Makes my bloody boil my sofa broke last year and I wanted a cube I can't afford to get one and now that will just get wasted.

I clocked her a couple of years ago, I was very naive on IG then showed her account to my daughter as she was always changing up the furniture etc. My daughter filled me in on gifted items, approaching companies and back then they didn’t need to declare anything on their posts or stories. She was a serial ad dodger, to the point of being very sneaky; I do believe that someone reported her as all of a sudden ads were clearly marked. This couple have had £1000’s of pounds of gifted items from companies, I would love to see her begging DM’S to the companies on how many (bought) followers she has and how they can help promote the company. I do believe that when she sells a home or a flip they offer the buyer an option to buy some of the furniture. It is very sad that you have to sell your soul for a freebie, but it’s good content for IG and saves you £’s. She’s not a very happy person, very needy, up and down moods and always worrying about her health.

Project Brentwood flip they purchased a sofa to tide them over, they must have sold their sofa to the people that bought the other property; for all we know that might have been gifted.

It‘s all about engagement, the renovators are BACK; the adoration of everyone commenting how quick they are, did they clean the rooms in the house that they are using. Kitchen cupboards, fridge freezer etc, who knows?

They need to set down proper roots as poor Ava has only known renovating all of her short life, I felt really sorry for her one afternoon when Heather showed her fast asleep in the dog bed while Luke was busy on a property. The really sad point is that there was no need for the two of them to be at the property with Luke, they could of had a lovely girly day together, but no she had to be at the property videoing everything

I hope her accounts are in order for all the gifted items, ready for the HRMC.

Yeah I missed out a bit of my comment I think her mood boards are her way of indicating what she wants to brands.

I know it grinds on me as well and the hey guys just popped on.
Her moodboards are practically all the same style as well. Brentwood is going to be near enough the same as her bungalow. “Oh we used the same flooring as our bungalow as we love it so much (no love you’ve been given them or discounted on them) oh and I’ve used the same paint colour as the bungalow that’s because you have no imagination and it’s all been gifted lassy! I bet the work up close isn’t that great as well as they do it all themselves to save money.

Gifted quartz worktops for Brentwood

Aigh No wonder they are going to come out of this property with extra money they’ve not spent anything on it. Windows, front door, floor tiles, bathroom tiles, door handles, skirting, work tops, fireplace all have been gifted, think the only thing they’ve bought is a kitchen and vanity unit in the bathroom.
They are doing the work themselves as well which they have nout qualifications in.I bet If you had a wee little Survey done on the house when they’ve finished it there would be lots pulled up.

I don’t understand how she does it, her engagement presently is ONLY 0.58%, I’m no expert buy that is very low with the amount of followers that she has.

Her gifted words are sooooo small no one would ever know it’s there unless you look for it. It should be huge from the start and made obvious that you have been given the item for free so that people know that your ‘opinion’ has been bought so isn’t 100% genuine

I do remember some time ago she put up a post regarding algorithms & engagement. At the time she had made a decision and was going to step away from Instagram, 2 days later she was back.

Considering how many followers she has, her engagement is very low

It is when you look at Ashley from the grey home her likes are always really high. Considering she has constant posts constant story’s and has never taken a break she shouldn’t have such low views or likes at all that’s what makes me think she bought a lot of hers. As well as looking at her wee new interior page she’s hardly any followers and is always tagging it.

one million percent she’s on here watching what’s written About her, that’s why she’s been quiet, why she addressed the house up for sale and now like you say about them gifting their wee sink. If I remember she bought that wooden table to upcycle for her own house in her bathroom and was going to put sink on it, it looked awful so she said she would use it in that bungalow and that looked awful so that’s why she’s giving it away.
