Oh, she cares "Not at All!" about cholesterol.
Fish vegetables! :D

I know some people are pescatarian (I live with one) but it's not the same.

There are so people many atm completely disregarding health in the name of thinness. Women losing weight far too quickly on the jabs and neglecting strength work, people going on fad diets and cutting out whole food groups, Joe wicks with his massive following demonising sugar and fruit when that’s what our bodies are designed to deal with.

It’s hard to see when you’ve had a disordered relationship with food but it’s also hard to see them try to rationalise their behaviour.

Some of what she says makes sense - so obviously it's good not to eat processed food etc, but ramping up the butter is ridiculous. It's the highest cholesterol-containing thing you can eat. I hope she's at least testing her cholesterol regularly behind the scenes even if she won't do it online!

But this is where her messaging is confused. We all have to eat processed food- milk, yoghurt and butter are processed, even the meat we buy in the supermarket is processed to some extent. We aren’t all eating raw fruit, veg and meat straight from the animal. Again, processed foods have been demonised by people like her and yet she’s happy to put all these supplements in that are made from who knows what.

Yes - the weird murky-brown pack of coffee looks very suspicious!

And there we have it! A subscription channel for her health and wellness content.
I was actually waiting for her to bring out a range of supplements/protein powders or something.
So people will now be paying for her very prescriptive but "I'm so not an expert and just chatting about what works for me!" advice.
Whatever she says there will be a perceived expertise here for those who sign up. Having a paywall gives the impression it's exclusive and specialised and professional.
Terence Roll need not apply. :D

If you subscribe to the "wellness channel" of someone with the flimsiest grasp of nutrition, who has learnt everything she "knows" from Instagram and YouTube, then you deserve everything you get.

I have always liked Helen's fashion content but I have to say I find it very worrying that someone with no formal qualifications/ expertise is selling a subscription service for health and wellness advice (or whatever its being badged as). It feels a little jumping on the bandwagon as with every influencer these days - needing to have a story or diagnosis or health in order to have something to flog.

What a coincidence! An advert for her butcher with a special HELEN code and link. 😐
I can breathe a sigh of relief now I finally know where to buy meat while also paying you for the privilege.
I may need some time to process this shocking development. :D

Whatever the new subscription package is like you can be assured that she will feature close-up photographs of her own feet in virtually every shot. The woman's obsessed.

How much content can one person make from losing some weight? She hasn't lost puffiness or whatever, she has cut out so many food groups she has lost weight.

I find her funny now - a parody wellness influencer. She's so keen to be seen in her underwear!
"Wellness isn’t about being thin… it’s about people knowing you’re thin." :D
I like being slim and fit but it's foolish for a woman in her late 50's to lose muscle.

BREAKING NEWS: Woman eats less and loses weight, shocker!
I like how she completely pivoted from menopause and HRT etc. Apparently, it was all just puffiness ... and she's now de-puffed. :D

And so now it’s all a stream of semi naked reels and photos showing off her figure and promoting the subscription channel ( despite all the protests about it not being about weight loss for her when it so clearly is ALL about that!)

She was actually getting undressed in today's reel. :D Ah well, it's nice to have a hobby. (y)
She also mentioned that the subscriber channel is doing well so we can all rest easy. I suspect some of this is for our benefit. That and the rictus grin.
BUT ... she's absolutely not bothered!

I enjoyed the comments from people who had bought the tallow on her advice and then felt they smelt like a butcher's. Now I imagine she just smells slightly beefy.

She's so disingenuous! Only now admitting that HRT wasn't the panacea she claimed and menopause wasn't the only issue. (It did play a part because she went through it during this time span.)

I hope the people who followed this pseudo-expert's advice during that zealous "journey" are more circumspect about her latest dogma.
What are the subscribers getting when we're getting this daily proselytising and defensiveness? :D

Ironic!

The irony is, and it's sad that she can't see this, in the photo flashbacks she looks so much better! Healthier, more of a glow, not so gaunt. Probably had lower cholesterol too, as all she seems to eat now is butter and meat.
