I don't know her but I have a friend whose son is at the same school as one of the kids. Her husband won his case and has full custody of the kids in London. I think they visit her in the US though.
Doesn’t surprise me at all. I do feel for her, but it was hardly unexpected that the courts would decide that way.
Ah that is sad but i am not surprised, given the children had been living in the uk for all their lives.
