Not a film but I enjoyed the first two episodes of Widow’s bay with Matthew Rhys on Apple TV. Lots of horror tropes but so far but I think it’s promising and well done. Might be biased because I have bit of a crush on Matthew. Influenced a lot from Stephen King I think and quite creepy in its own way.

As above so below. Amazon prime
Seen this a couple of times and I really like it . I am wondering if it’s coz it’s cave related as I also really like the Descent .
Cant say I’m into caving personally but clearly caves tick the boxes film wise !

I watched Scream 7 at the weekend. Some good kills, and nice to have some nostalgia at points, but it didn’t really need to be made. The reveal at the end with regard to the identity of the killer(s) was underwhelming. I think they should’ve just started over rather than make Sydney the central point. Again.

I watched Together as well. Loved it. Love Alison Brie anyway, but she was great in this. And the mention of one of my favourite albums ever - Spice by the Spice Girls - and a cameo of 2 Become 1 was the icing on the cake.

I've just finished Widow's Bay.

I really enjoyed it. A horror with some funny moments. It's not the scariest thing out there but very watchable. Matthew Rhys is superb as always.

( I wonder if anyone in America actually knows he's Welsh? :ROFLMAO: he's spent his entire career pretending to be American )

Not quite horror but sorta because it’s a bit black mirror, I watched Mercy today (I wanted to see this in the cinemas) and really enjoyed it.

I also watched a daft one called ‘pretty lethal’ about ballerinas 😂 wasn’t great but was a bit gross, both free on prime.
I liked Mercy, I'd like to see them do other storylines in a similar way like those films (sorry I forget the name) where they take place through people's computer, so you see their Facebook messages and stuff and you can see them through the webcam. One was called missing I think but there were a few shot the same way but one where a daughter was trying to find her mum, one where a father was trying to find his daughter or his daughters killer etc. Very interesting because it's something a bit different.

I also think I’ve see that film you’re on about and really enjoyed that too! I agree, it’s something different but also current as let’s face it, that’s the way the world is at the minute isn’t it! I do find movies with AI quite frightening in a different type of way. The TV show fracture on BBC is really good if the AI theme is up people’s street, I’ve not started the most recent series yet though but Series 1 and 2 were brilliant

I saw this the other day and I felt the same. The only part that really made me think woah how unnecessary was with the grandmother towards the end.
Overall I really enjoyed, and did actually laugh out loud a couple of times
Yes agree the whole grandmother bit was silly

I watched Inhabitants on Amazon Prime last night. Made this year and not bad. If you like supernatural horror then you should watch it.
I’ve just looked that up on Prime and it says it’s a documentary about climate change. Is there more than one? It’s the only thing that came up.

I watched both of the Winnie the Pooh horrors on prime last night - I only watched because my fave tik tok horror reviewer is going to star in the 3rd one (yes they’re making another haha) as she loves the film!
Theyre absolutely disgusting and this is coming from someone who has watched the terrifier movies…just gross for the sake of being gross. I nearly turned the second one off but mama didn’t raise no quitter 😂
Would only recommend if you’re absolutely desperate for a gross gross horror movie - otherwise, I think you all can live peacefuly knowing you’ve not seen these 😂
I did wonder about them as I also follow that reviewer, and thought maybe I should check that out if she sees something in them. Not a fan of gross gross so thank you!
