I wonder where they are going to go with the Sumlu storyline?? As surely they aren’t going to keep him in it after SA Donny.
also Donny wasn’t the best character but they’ve ruined what redeeming features he did have. Get rid of sully, Donny froggy and Gemma she’s another pointless character and is obviously a woman scourned since Warren dumped her

Hmmmm. Ryan Mulvey has a long break from Corrie rn. He posted on Tik Tok he was getting bored. He’s not filming until new year and the video I saw was done weeks ago. Maybe he has gone for a guest stint

I don’t even bother trying to “get” anything anymore with this show, it’s just illogical now. If you think about the trajectory of the characterisation of Frankie from the start when she was introduced with JJ, to the actual storyline, to then all the OTT and ridiculous (and abusive) storylines she went through immediately after (and still during the trial) and how she is now, it’s unbelievable and ridiculous.

(On a seperate note, it’s really jarring to me how it’s obvious middle aged writers are writing teens. Dylan and Lucas don’t talk/act like teenagers and Dylan doesn’t talk to Ste like he’s Dylan’s dad, he talks to him like a fellow adult (and I don’t mean a teen trying to seem grown up, I mean unrealistic language). I also noticed this in Glee (and other American shows). It was clear it was Ryan Murphy as an older gay man’s writings. It didn’t make sense that these teenage school kids were referencing jokes knowing and involving things before they were born.
