I wonder how many 'lock in for May', 'reset with me', 'get our tit together' videos she can do. i'm so bored of her need to 'recentre' and 'reset' and 'get locked in'. If you're not able to maintain your healthy habits, it means they're unsustainable Holly. Everything is always being reset and I'm SO bored of it

This reminds me of how I get annoyed every Sunday when I see videos titled “Reset for the week with me” mainly from Mia Green, that just involves tidying her flat, you’re not “resetting” every week you are just cleaning on Sundays

truly sick of seeing her say the same stuff on her stories “we are SO back” I think she must write that same line every week, multiple times

She’s just jumping on the hype at the moment of ‘strong not skinny’, she’ll hop on any trend with fitness / bodies as long as it keeps her relevant

She just cycles through whatever aesthetic is trending at the time. Next it will be a Grace Beverley-style pregnancy body obsession, considering she copies every other aspect of her life.

I’m glad I’m not the only one! There is something about her boyfriend that I can’t put my finger on but I don’t like him 😅

Skinny is definitely in right now, which has coincided with the rise of Ozempic etc and is definitely why Holly and so many other ‘fitness influencers’ suddenly started getting into running instead of weightlifting in the last few years.

I think Holly has seen the comments about how she looks recently and realised that she can’t flog products for a company she named Strong Girl Society if she’s not actually living that lifestyle herself anymore.
Notice how she’s back doing strength workouts from her own app once again, it’s all for money and she couldn’t care less about being strong, she just wants to be whatever is ‘in’ at that point in time.

She doesn’t have one original thought, I honestly wouldn’t be surprised now that the natural look is being championed that she tones down her overall look with the nails, tan, fillers etc and even goes so far as to remove/swap her ridiculous implants that are far too obvious and high on her frame. She is a walking trend, it’s actually very sad!

There’s a HUGE drive for strong not skinny at the moment, Hillary Duff is promoting some app with that at the slogan and there’s a lottt of videos going around about being strong not skinny and that should be the message. Hence my comment, skinny was in but people are shifting which I think is why Holly is shifting too, she’ll see the same narrative.

Has anyone else read about the link between the return of the ultra-skinny body trend, running culture, and late-stage capitalism? It's fascinating and Holly is basically the poster child for it.

The idea that the ‘ideal woman’ now isn’t just thin but also super disciplined, running marathons, tracking everything etc. Hence why so many influencers were suddenly in their ‘runner girl’ era and trying to get skinny. Explains Holly's endless 'let's lock in' and 'reset' etc.

And now the trend is shifting towards ‘strong not skinny’, suddenly Holly is talking about building muscle and getting stronger again. Funny that.

I don’t think Holly has naturally carried a lot of muscle mass, she’s usually either been very lean, which gives that toned look, or focused on Hyrox style training. It feels like whenever she tries to build more muscle, she realises how long the process actually takes and ends up going back to running instead. So personally, I can’t really see the whole “strong not skinny” phase being something she sticks with long term.

her saying she didnt know what reta is sounds like a lie. She is in LA and in the fitness space and she is making out like she is ignorant of what these things are. She knows what it is

She 100% knows what reta is BUT I don’t think she’s been taking it. She has an ed history so I think she’s just been under fuelling and not eating the amount she should be with all the excessive exercise she does 😵💫
