I think for someone like Holly who has zero self esteem, being an influencer is the absolute worst thing you could do. Addiction to attention and constantly trying to prove to everyone how amazing you are, sounds exhausting

This was October 2024.

Was it a misdiagnosis / has it been fixed by (undocumented and not discussed?) physio?

Or is she throwing herself into Hyrox with a severe injury that hasn’t been fixed?

I think the reality is that she hasn't had any severe injury as she has made out. Not saying she didn't have an issue at one point but if she had a serious injury that required surgery - she wouldn't be able to do any of the things she does? I would hasser a guess that a scan showed some general wear and tear and think she's likely been told that she could have surgery IF things were to drastically change.

The doctor said at the time she needs surgery and that it could have really bad effects. Her injury isn’t going anywhere without surgery, but Holly’s so married to her image she’ll just push through the pain and keep up appearances. It's sad but she's fully committed to the aesthetic... reality comes second to the image, always.

RE the alcohol thing - It's great if it is for the reasons she says. A bit weird like others have said. To me, it comes across as yet another way to restrict her eating and calories.

I think she got a second opinion in the UK and they said she didn’t need it.
The drinking - she says even a couple of drinks causes her memory loss. That’s clearly not true. Seems she’s trying to down play the times she’s blacked out and make out it’s almost not her fault because she only had a couple. Because she then goes on to say she doesn’t get hangxiety if she only has a couple of drinks so doesn’t add up to me. But fair play addressing it. I always got the impression she didn’t drink that much

I can't with this weird accent change she's got going on 🤦🏻‍♀️😂 she is the least authentic person at this point. She is desperate to be American.

Does she not have to declare her latest video is an ad/sponsorship? (The myprotein try-on)

The way she texts him during long runs absolutely sends me 😭

‘Still.
Going.
So.
Tired.’

Each word as a separate message like it’s some dramatic screenplay. Imagine your phone buzzing non-stop because your girlfriend is live-commentating her jog.

It’s giving 14-year-old with her first boyfriend, not grown woman in a serious relationship. Just finish the run and debrief after?? The constant play-by-play is so needy and cringe.

Also, I’ve just gotta say cause people seem to forget, yes running marathons is hard but ultimately it’s a hobby. And in the grand scheme of things, it doesn’t mean anything, other than the fact that you’ve got a good fitness level.
you haven’t helped society in any way, you haven’t even helped your closest ones, you haven’t made money, you haven’t actually achieved much.

And I’m saying these as someone who has run marathons and would love to run more, but ultimately I had to scale it back for a bit cause I realised it’s a bit of a selfish way to spend long hours without actually progressing in my life or my job in any meaningful way.
