Well, that's an nice effective appetite suppresssant not the worst photo of her feet though.


My newly-acquired doctor offered me Ozempic recently because I was telling him how difficult it is for me to lose weight. My life Smegs flashed before my eyes and I reacted with a loud "Nooooo!!!". He actually smirked a bit (rarely smiles) He asked why the reaction, I just said I'd heard about the side effects from those who take it. Couldn't tell him about Smegs and Orca

I think she would have carried it off, with her height, and figure and of course it would be fitted properly. It wouldn't be her best look, by any means, but she could still carry it off, I reckon. Meghan is in or around my height, I think, and I would not consider wearing something like that, even if Charles was buying it for me. It's just too much - too much of everything!

What an absolute state she was there. All because it was Oscar de la renta she thought it would look fabulous on regardless of whether it suited her or not. She lookedoked so disheveled like they had had a bag behind some bushes on the way to the wedding. That was my immediate thought, also that they looked like they had been partying and shagging the night before and slept in and she had precisely two minutes to get dressed.

I guess they regularly arrive late to events etc. They haven't mastered the simple art of getting washed, dressed in clean clothes, made up, hairbrushed etc.

I often wonder how much time people like Catherine must have to spend choosing outfits months in advance, fittings, hair, make up etc etc etc. Not a job I would ever want, nor be good at.

‘Spike’ was Hazno’s nickname from about 2003, even his security guards used it.
I wonder if he just invented the name to use on fb because of this rather than knowing that it was actually somebody’s name? I bet he did but again, wouldn’t you think he would check first before using it ……. No, this is Harry we’re talking about.

My eyes! My eyes! The unspoilered face last week was bad enough, and for thst I apologize. But my God! If ever anything needed to be covered by a dpooiler, or hidden behind a paywall, this is it. I tell you what, I HAD to cut out large from my diet for four months at the end of last year before an operation, and i’m not saying it was always easy but it wasn’t hard. I lost a stone and a half without exercise. I never realised it could be that achievable. I think it’s wrong doctors pushing Ozempic. Like with a lot of medication, it may solve one problem but then introduces other problems.

Anyway, just to keep this on topic. Meghan Markle is a worm person, and Harry enjoys the smell of his own farts probably.

See Mr SB and I have quite a peurile sense of humour and are great ones for black humour because of the tit we've seen and dealt with professionally, but we still know how to act appropriately when required

Oh wow! That must have taken a lot of discipline.

To be fair though, the doctor wasn't pushing it as much as testing me - it was only our second (or third?) meeting and I guess he needed to figure out if I was genuinely having trouble or just being lazy. I told him the top gastroenterologist in the region had created a diet chart for me and was remotely monitoring what I was doing. Just been very stressed lately and that makes me put on water weight of about 5kgs or so within minutes. Like I've weighed myself 2 hours apart without eating anything. Guess we'll be better able to figure things out once dad's treatment goes into maintenance phase.

As long as I don't look like a refrigerator like Smegs, I'll be okay
