Thread title was inspired by @SlavaUkraini saying that Smegs latest outfit looked like this:

It was all because she turned up at a Monteshitshow town benefit for first responders hosted at Kevin Costner (KC)'s place, looking like she'd picked a rug up and thrown a belt round it:
