When they announced that William and Catherine, Anne and Edward etc were not going to be in London at various parts of the big weekend, my first thought was that they had all said, "well, if they are coming, we are not going to be here."

I still think they will come.

The core working Royals will only mix with them at public events they attend. They will avoid them as much as possible.

They will come because they need to keep the link to the Monarch going.

The MSM gouges interest from SM and writes accordingly .
It also uses Influencers to further narratives- see Squad, and PR agencies do the rest. (no they are not bots, some are, but some are just-employees)
The outrage also (which is valid) creates the urge to vent somewhere -so people comment.
Being critical of them in certain situations can get one jobless, so the frustration is understandable .

Looking at the work that Charles has done in his lifetime and the lives he has actually changed... History will remember him.

Technically, he only waited 6 years to be PoW as he was only eligible to get the title upon his grandfather's death in 1952, not at birth. And since he was only 3 years old in February 1952, I think it was more of a practical issue.

William will most likely wait only a few months.

I definitely think both Charles and William will want Kate to be Princess of Wales. Charles because it might finally start to move attention away from Diana (however unlikely) and William because if he is Prince of Wales he will want Kate to have the same title I expect. I think the one who may be less keen is Kate herself. I don’t think she’s particularly keen on the Diana/peoples Princess comparisons and potentially feels like duchess is more humble title and less showy. Personally? I wish she’d take the title to match the ring and start doing the school run in tiaras just because she can.

In the too young- so wait category, some were 4 months old.

Tom, to make JAR not bother with the Wiki, to foster republicanism and class envy. All the causes they support are bad, every single one of them, but they will not win.
