Rachel Johnson referred to her as exotic (or something similar), but as a compliment, not a criticism!
There were a few more than just that. And that's the point, doesn't matter as a compliment or not its referencing her race.

There a many reasons to criticise Meghan, but its wrong to deny she never got unfair publicity referencing her race, especially in the early days

is this a new piece of PR or an old posting?

Also we still don’t know where he was after the unveiling to when he flew back - 24 hours Missing in (non) Action - I wonder when that will come to light? I just cannot believe that of all the people they know no one is dishing any dirt - nothing!

Last bit - I wondered if we could come up with a collective name for us all on this thread - I know there are The Krusties over on KP thread and I think we need a name for this M&H thread instead of just Tattlers - which I know we are - any thoughts or ideas what we might be called? 🤔
MasHers? M for you know who and H for her slave. Then, of course, the end bit is HERS which says it all :)

She most certainly did not get abuse. In the early days nobody even suspected she was part black FFS. She looked latino, or yes, slightly exotic if one closed ones eyes slightly and the lighting was dim.
By the time she was realised to be somewhat of black ancestry everyone was just excited at twat face bagging a wifey.
So a compliment on one's appearance is deemed racist? OK, you need to get out and socialise more.
Firstly I didn't say abuse, but the press were focusing on her race. And sorry people were commenting on her mixed race very early on, it was never unknown. pretty much from the start so no idea where you were. As for exotic, you're referencing someone's race, above all things. This was a major story in the UK so unless you're from outside the UK I don't know how you can deny this.

And I do get out and socialise, I also read. That's how I know.

I can't stand either of them but denying she wasn't treated unfairly in the early days just feeds her narrative. Once Harry released his statement, something that had never happened before, the press back off and the tone changed. And as far as I'm aware after 2016 the press focused mainly on legitimate criticism

Exotic isn't exactly a complimentary term it's an old fashioned "ooh you look foreign different but still nice aesthetically so we'll accept you" term. It's a fascination of the difference term. It's not specifically racist but don't kid yourself it is a passive aggressive compliment.

I certainly know from day 1 that Meghan was black/white - I don't care what her acting CV says, the media knew her race and ergo England knew her race. I heard people saying "great for the RF to have a black/mixed race, it's progressive".
I thought who gives a shit who he marries and why in the 21st century are we proud of the RF for "allowing" a non white partner.
I didn't follow enough back then to hear about racism in the media per se but I know her half black was a big thing.
Her being an American "actress" and being an independent experienced in life woman was also a big thing.

I gotta be honest, at this point I'd rather there wasn't an royal family so we don't have to continue hearing about Harry & Meghan every 5 mins. The level of interest would drop immediately I am sure, and the royals and those associated with them would go back to being a noise in the background.

I don't think "exotic" is passive-aggressive at all any more than "English rose" is passive-aggressive. What a load of tits! If food is exotic it's exciting and different in a positive way, and I'm not being passive-aggressive against tiger prawns in saffron sauce if I describe them as exotic. I've got an exotic skirt but am half English and half Irish.

Nancy del'Olio described herself as exotic no problem, and had an exotic love-life with the Ikea-loving Sven, who also wore raises and shouted in Swedish at key moments in bed she said - probably gasping the assembly instructions for Ikea's famous Billy Bookcase.

Minge has made a career out of being offended, cultivating her non-existent victimhood while at the same time carrying out one of the biggest heists and frauds in modern history. She can't afford to be positive and happy and get on with her life, because all she's got is her hitching and lying and hatred.

Her total self-loathing is the reason, endlessly trying to escape herself with face and body-altering procedures. Endlessly trying to escape the life she's clawed her way into, always looking for something better, someone richer, more powerful, bigger Richmond, more hair, more prestige. Always trying to escape herself but the old battered haddock arrives there before she does, every time.

I didn't know that Minge was "an independent experienced in life woman". I've been conned! I'd always got the impression that she was a parasite, a leech, and a lying Ho! Dang!
Can't be bothered to reply any exotic comments 😴.
But M was absolutely PR as independent and working, having her own funds and life experience blog etc she was seen as refreshing compared to Kate.
