Her accent is a pretty standard fake-ish London RP, and you can confirm by her dad who is definitely not anywhere near posh. He's definitely worked his way up to a certain standard of living. Back when she first moved to London, you could rent and share flats in her area for a pretty reasonable rate. I have a hard time thinking she actually owns unless her mum left her a very hefty sum as her job wouldn't even fund the cost of owning a flat in that area. I think there was talk of the flat belonging to her dad?
I am sure I read that her job was a quite good and she was probably on close to six figures. If so, she could defo afford a property like that by herself. Although, the flat was quite small from what I saw.
Her current Disney job title lists at 49-54 on Glassdoor. Not that Glassdoor is 100% accurate, but you'd have to double that to get to six figures. Plus, she has lived in the property for a quite a while when her salary was even lower.
You're right; there are cheaper end studio that she could have bought, but even fifteen years ago this kind of place would be out of her price range and salary unless there was a cash injection from somewhere.

No. I sense she lives closer to St John’s Wood High St. The flats there are older with more character.

Yeah, I'm sure I remember her flat having a separate kitchen. She only showed it briefly when returning with her shopping on one of her vlogs about a local Tesco shop I think. Also, I think she lives fairly close to Abbey Road too. I remember her vlog walking past it not long after leaving her house.
I will have to look back at the videos. I am sure it was during the covid period because she also spoke about going to receive a (maybe the 2nd jab) jab due to being on the "at risk" list due to a heart condition she had.

She probably rents. Not sure if she ever mentioned if she rents or owns. It does seem like a nice area, though. But I don't know london well enough. Not sure if she still has the videos on her channel, but I remember her doing a tour of the local high street. It had some nice independent cafes and bakeries.

She’s really going all in with the filters and photoshopping for her new crowd of American male cronies who think shes a bit of top totty. Again, fair play to her, but she would have been/is the first to criticize other people’s looks and other YouTubers. You just know she’s that person in the office who looks at people up and down all the time and doesn’t even bother to hide it.

It seems that the Harrods Xmas videos are her most popular ones at this time of year. All of her previous Harrods vlogs have many hundreds of thousands of views, and it seems it is the same for the latest Harrods video too.
That's how I found her. Christmas tea at the Ritz hotel. She might redo that one too.
