Same, I’d be keen to know too. PCH is in Nedlands, and as someone said, the average house price is close to $2m. The whole western suburbs would be completely out of their reach.

Mirrabooka 🫣 hard no from me. No disrespect to those who live there, but I wouldn’t actively go looking for real estate in that suburb or the surroundings. She should look a little further north like greenwood, jump on the freewayand be at PCH in 20 mins 
Isn’t she baldivis anyway. It’s right on the freeway and moving north of the river it’s more annoying to get to PCH from that direction. Currently it’s freeway, mounts bay road with an easy exit even in traffic and then up another road and bam. Might be 50 mins in heavy traffic but prob 30 after 9am. Prob similar time maybe shorter from mirrabooka anyway.

I find it really strange to block people who aren’t following you. why not just make your account private?
sometimes i get sent stories from friends of people who i don’t follow- isn’t that the point? to get engagement? Most people suss out the content before deciding to follow.
