Grace’s absolutely joy with her hotel room in The Suite Life...so cute! So refreshing in an age of grabby and expectant YTers!
Totally. The room was nice but really nothing special in comparison to the many hotel rooms or real suites I’ve seen shown off, or casually humble bragged about , on YouTube over the years. She’s a fundamentally decent person but still very entertaining and charismatic to watch, which is pretty rare in general and on YouTube especially I feel.

Did anyone see her trying outfits out of her comfort zone video? Honestly it puts into perspective that EVERYONe has body issues. You would assume because she’s been a model, is very slim, she’d be super confident but it shows you even “perfect” looking people have insecurities. Thought she looked beautiful in the dresses.

I think it shows how good she is that in lockdown her content doesn't seem boring. She mostly films at home in her kitchen anyway but always thinks of fun videos to do so it doesn't seem stale. I like her I think she seems sweet as do her family.

No one is praising her for doing washing at 23. I merely pointed out things that she does, that show that she is a capable adult.

I personally don’t think being excited about Christmas etc makes someone immature. Immaturity to me is someone who can’t or won’t do things they should be capable of doing at their age. I think she can be childish, but to me that is not the same as immaturity.

This is just my opinion. There is a fine line between immaturity and childishness but when I think of the two terms, that’s my thought process.

Controversial and I can't put my finger on it but... She's really getting on my last nerve lately. And I really wish she would sort her audio out when she goes from past Grace to future Grace it's unbearable.

Dont think it was necessary to post their pictures, especially as Grace never really shows her Mum in the vlogs...

How cute and excited is she opening her Kitchenaid??? Most influencers never ever show this much Appreciation for gifted items.
This is (without any exageration) the only influencer I think deserves a gift, and in turn which is a good ad as it is genuine happiness. She is just great, so happy for her 🥰

It’s such a shame she couldn’t do her American trip. That would've been good content. Plus I’m kind of invested in her getting over her homesickness Issue too.
I Agree but also I think it is amazing she is coming up with good content even in this bizarre time we are living, that shows how creative she is

I do agree that being non political is a mark of privilege and it infuriates me when people can't be bothered to educate themselves enough to vote etc, however, I don't think that just because she belongs to a church, she should have to disclose all of her beliefs every time she mentions it - she hasn't even publicly revealed what church she belongs to. As a Jewish person, I hate when I'm made to give my opinions on international conflicts that I'm not responsible for, just because I'm Jewish. Especially with Judaism, people love to ask questions so that they can tokenise us. I think if she or somebody around her made a derogatory remark in a vlog and someone in the comments brought it up with her, I'd be wary if she ignored it just to avoid conflict but nothing has led me to believe that she isn't pro-lgbt, pro-choice etc like we are (I remember her recently shouting out a fan and her girlfriend that she met in costa or somewhere like that). I like to believe that she educates herself behind the scenes and doesn't make a big performative hoo-hah about current affairs like other influencers do, only for them to continue to appropriate minority cultures. As Told By Kenya on youtube uploaded a great video last week about how we pressure influencers and celebs into making statements about things they aren't qualified to talk about just to make ourselves feel better.
Im sure Grace knows she is privileged, even though people say she acts young for her age, she is pretty smart. There was a disclaimer in one of her video’s when George Floyd was moederen. She does know and she does seem to care.

Remember that she is not daily vlogging, she just shows us short bits of her life, it’s just entertainmant. She does not have to speak up about political views on a channel to mostly is about cooking and baking.

We dont know Grace, we dont know if in the ‘real’ world she is a christian who speaks up or doesnt about the troubles in the world. We Should just let her be and enjoy what she creates.

I loved her Christmas in July! Can’t say enough positive things about her and her family. She’s such a fun and lovely person all around. As someone who really struggled with acne as a teenager I emphathise with her a lot. She seems so confident in herself and I think that’s what really matters. She really is a breath of fresh air not like all the youtubers who cake their faces in makeup in every video.

I'm really surprised with the rule breaking. She strikes me as a conscientious person in that regard. And her family.

She is definitely a people pleaser. She never states her opinions and/or ideas on anything she is interested in just to avoid controversy (i.e. church, baking etc.). For someone in their mid twenties that makes her very childish and not fully formed adult. That really is something that puts me off lately. She doesn't seem like she is growing as a human, just being stuck in her teens world.

I especially love the videos she’s done where she tries to recreate something and her family doesn’t know it isn’t the real thing. The one where she made a watermelon look like a smoked ham a while back was hilarious! Her dad and brother’s reactions were especially perfect. She’s never repetitive, every video she does seems to be unique and fun even if they don’t all draw my interest. Such a lovely family.

Found her when she had around 5000 subscribers she was recommended to me. Was hooked from the first video I watched, her content really is like the good old YouTube back in the day where it was all just for fun. She’s such a genuinely lovely girl, and her family seem lovely too. Her dad is so funny, I love it when she does videos with him in, hope there will be a new one soon.

Now I’m afraid I’m going to bring the tone down. To preface you can see how fond I am of Grace and her personality from the above or my many other contributions to this thread. But i didn’t like the Christmas video. I can’t be alone. I thought it was a bit “much.” I’m sorry but at times I find her childishness a bit frustrating. Especially since it almost seems to be getting more pronounced as she gets older... sometimes it actually seems like she is a child in a woman’s body.. which is a bit disconcerting. I dunno, not a fan. Also I’m finding her ‘random observations’ “don’t you think xyz mundanity is such an incredible thing” a little annoying and dare I say, contrived ?
I think this thread and her channel can take a bit of healthy criticism, she’s so outstandingly charming in general. Not everyone can like everything.
I strongly believe that everyone should have the right to an opinion and even if Grace isn’t someone’s Cup of tea or she may seem childish, it’s her personality. I’d hate her to suddenly change to her personality and act ‘grown up’ just to make her audience feel happier. She may have child like tendencies but she seems pretty mature when discussing important issues. Plus at 23 she’s still pretty young and has plenty of time to ‘adult’.
I absolutely agree to you tubers and channels being open to criticism but I think when it’s a personal issue (like the youtubers personality etc) then it’s not really a case of changing content/filming style. It’s nice to get a different perspective on things though :)

Only recently discovered Grackle and thought surely there can't be anything about her on Tattle. And so relieved it's an appreciation post. Love her content, her relationship with her family, her authenticity, her humour. I need a friend like Grace in my life

what did she say? I didn;t watch
She was talking about dates.

I've been waiting for someone to say this. We can't live locked away in our houses forever, after all and i do think she is being far more cautious than a great deal of people. Also it seems like a great deal of her content requires she buy food and try different things especially for veganuary, it's hard for her to plan her videos around not going to the supermarket, just saying.
Don’t think anyone was saying she has to live her life locked away (and she literally lives with her family which is way luckier than a lot of people), but it’s a bit sad if people think “At least she’s not throwing parties” is the standard she should be aiming at.

I actually think it would have been quite nice to see lockdown veganuary content, with her doing one supermarket trip and making stuff, and maybe getting some deliveries or going through one drive thru. I really like her generally and it’s actually quite sad if she feels like she has to break the rules for content, I think a lot of her subs would watch for her whatever she was doing.

ah fair enough i dont dislike her mum at all i do think her mum is very straight to the point though and somtimes it can come off as rude there was a video a while ago i think it was maybe one where she ate like it was the 1970s maybe and her mum was saying oh we didnt have this or that and would butt in after grace would talk about the research she had done again i dont dislike her family just somtimes comes off as a bit rude idk maybe im interupting it all wrong
They only ´complain´ I would have is as they would have said that the cheap food tasted horrible. Because a lot of people can only get the cheaper end because they dont have another option. I would like to know if they would have tasted the difference if they didnt have the plates side by side but on other days so you cant compare the two. I do think she is a little harsh but she isnt hurtful and im sure Grace knows her mum very well and would know if she was being hurtful.

I would love to know her views on the LGBTQ+ community as a gay gal myself. I love Grace and she's probably one of the only people I can watch no matter the content because I adore her personality. With that said, I always err on the side of caution with religious YouTubers and, due to my own bad experiences with people around me, worry that my favourite content creators will be a part of a church or a side of a religion which is heavily anti-LGBTQ+ 😔

She doesn't seem to be the kind to share opinions or views, and she clearly avoids politics. I would just love to hear some of her views and beliefs because it would be nice to understand her more!
