I'm pretty shocked this whole experience hasn't changed her even in the short term.

Her ego knows no bounds. Any person with an average amount of compassion would realise how offensive it is to imply other people died because they gave up. Let alone someone with media training and who's whole job is to present a nice persona (to flog shit).

I’ve spent the last year working in the ICUs and HDUs of my hospital. It has been rough. Not least because of the size of many of our patients. A nurse commented in the staff room the other day about how much they’re looking forward to not having to care for so many fatties going forward.
Disgusting comment. I will never understand why people work in healthcare with an attitude like that.

My sister has had asthma all her life however, she also takes anti-psychotic medication which has led to a huge weight gain, she went from 8.5st to 18st. She went for an asthma review last year and the nurse told her her asthma would “likely disappear” if she “ate less crap” and “got back to how she used to be”, now my sister feels too embarrassed and ashamed to attend her next review, which could lead to her condition worsening. After the nurses’ comment she was considering going cold turkey to try and shift some weight, which would have left her in a dangerous position mentally.

Overweight/obese people are still human beings that require healthcare. Regardless of why they’re overweight/obese. Maybe the nurse in the staff room should consider this before making comments. And perhaps you should think about that before you post the comment online.

Her sense of humour? Really?
Her cult are commenting saying that science failed her and her beliefs are what saved her.
Not only is that unbelievable disgusting and offensive, it’s fucking incorrect.

Grace could die or never recover from this- surely gloating about her past behaviours and her weight being responsible for this aren’t needed at this time. I know this is a trash thread but think of her baby

Damn, if only the three of my extended family who died of covid had been strong, badass fighters like Grace, they might still be with us preaching about how their inner strength saved them. Feel bad for the NHS staff who no doubt worked tirelessly to keep her alive and help her make her recovery - I hope she didn't take the same attitude with them

Something doesn't seem to add up. Influencers do love this drama that gets them attention and often the truth is highly embellished.

I think she has had a difficult birth which I have alot of empathy for, but I think the drama has passed now and she's thinking about the engagement she can get. The statement is odd with her "she's dedicated her whole career to healing people" 🙄🙄🙄 when she's just flogged shite as another influencer.

I really don't like feeling doubtful but these people are always making drama to get followers and manipulate people.

My friend was placed in a MIC after giving birth, her child was breastfeed during this time. Not sure how common it is.
Sorry but I feel this is a really awful thing to say. Do you think her family would go along with such a lie?

I survived because I'm me... oh fuck off. How insulting to every hard working member of the NHS staff that worked tirelessly to keep her alive.
As a student nurse I’m so offended.. I have colleagues and friends on the frontline losing sleep, social life, working extra hours and putting themselves at risk to try save lives and someone can be as ignorant as this?! It’s just ungrateful to the amazing team of people that KEPT HER ALIVE!

Well Grace should not only be thanking the NHS for her recovery and treatment but also the safe birth and care of her son who was born 2 months premature and probably needed care also!

Oh wow my manifesting worked and my thread title won! Anyone else who tried, you just didn’t manifest hard enough! I’m going to celebrate by slothing on my couch with a pretentious jar of water which I’ll drink through a (gifted) straw. I’m so exhausted from all the manifesting that I’ll watch some (gifted) sky tv and eat some snacks. After 5 hours napping I’m going to waft some sage about, shove a charged Crystal up my behind and film myself washing my hair. Phew! So knackered now. Another nap, another snack and a moan on Twitter then I’m done for the day.

I wouldn't call her a twat. It's her sense of humor. Also she might be religious and this is her way of dealing with it. I think some of these comments are pretty damn cruel. She's grateful that she's alive. She's probably unaware of what else has been going on as she's been in a coma for months and also been on alot of medication too.
When you're in hospital for months you become institutionalised too!
Sorry but she knows exactly what she is doing. This is an opportunity to cash in and spread her bullshit. She is vacuous and says the absolute most offensive stuff. Some people on here have lost loved ones to covid and are understandably hurt by her thoughtless comments. She can celebrate being alive with some fucking humility and perhaps by firstly thanking the people who kept her alive these past months.

Looool. I just realised who she reminds me of with the "because I'm me" I survived comment. TRUMP. Remember when thousands of people in the USA were dying daily from Covid, then he got the virus and recovered and boasted about how he's "never felt better." She is just like that fucking idiot.

Followers may be the reason they have an income but that doesn’t give anyone the right to feel entitled enough to ask such personal questions at such a difficult time. I really can’t comprehend how people think it’s okay to message the family directly about this situation as if they aren’t going through enough. They were already giving public updates as and when they had them, there was no need for anybody to try and dig for information in private messages so I can completely understand why Grace’s sister didn’t reply kindly, I’d have been angry too.
I never said they had a right to ask questions. But it is emotional manipulation to create this false closeness with your followers when you’re tying to flog crap and sponsored posts to them but then completely change your tune when you are not profiting from them anymore. She had every right to defend herself but don’t expect people to buy your shit or support you if they don’t mean anything to you.

Of course she’s turned it into how the power of her positivity cured her of covid (buy my book 🙄). How incredibly insulting to the skilled, dedicated and EXHAUSTED team of Doctors, Nurses and other medical staff that have been fighting to keep her body alive since Christmas with mechanical medical intervention. I unfollowed another ‘influencer’ who said that manifestation cured her mother’s cancer, I lost someone very close to me in their early 40s of cancer that eventually took over their entire body despite years of them fighting and fighting to live but of course, they didn’t manifest it hard enough. It’s absolutely disgusting and these charlatans and scammers peddle this bullshit and if you call them out your a troll.

Grace, you contracted a deadly virus, spent 3 months in a coma and missed the most precious days with your newborn child. Stop peddling your shit for 5 minutes and admit that sometimes not everything goes your way. And while you’re at it, apologise to the hundreds of thousands of people who have lost loved ones to Covid, or missed out on cancer treatment that could have saved them because the hospitals were overrun keeping fat fucking cunts like you alive. Stupid fucking bitch.

Wow. What a fuck you to all the 100’s of people that kept her and her child alive for the last for the three months.

A nurse commented in the staff room the other day about how much they’re looking forward to not having to care for so many fatties going forward. It’s exhausting and everything is harder. I know that my joints have all taken a hit this year from the turning and personal care.
Somebody here mentioned the turn teams that went around and proned patients. More often than not they were made up of volunteers from other departments whose services had been reduced. One day it was literally all dentists and eye doctors!
Also, think about all the people who have died in the last year that helped to teach the medical staff the best treatment pathways to follow. Just so that she could pull through and thank herself.

I thought I was shocked by Grace's tweet but I really don't think I am - I think that what has happened to her is awful and very tragic considering her son etc but fundamentally I don't think she's a good, nice or kind person. She can bang on about positivity as much as she likes but she is not good in her heart. She shows it repeatedly and this tweet is just another example of that and completely indicative of her thinking.

I've followed Grace (and kind of her sister) for years and they both have crafted all sorts of stories about their past that have proven not to be true but all of the stories have the same pattern - they are victims but they are strong and rise above. I honestly think it comes from their obsession with Demi Lovato, which sounds dumb but it's true!

I was reading this thread last night and thinking no I won’t comment she’s been through loads but one of her Tweets came up on my feed today and my gosh her ATTITUDE reeks! I hate hate hate hate people who think health is some “miracle”... for goodness sake. I had my first lot of chemo a week or so ago and it was a small unit where I could see/hear everything and those nurses stayed for an extra TWO HOURS after they were meant to finish because I had a reaction to my chemo (I was the last one there and they stayed for me!) and from 9:30am-6:30pm each of them had a ten minute lunch break max. THEY are the miracle, not some bloody unseen force.

Good to see she’s planning to embrace a healthier lifestyle!!

Disclaimer: Slightly tongue in cheek, because after 3 months in hospital I’m sure we’d all want whatever food we’d been craving

This really aggravated me...this is that asia/lek's fella...I know Grace and Asia ain't besties like they used to be but surely he knows what Grace has been going through...his whole page is conspiracy theory bs...
The problem is some people will have a platform like this to spread dangerous misinformation but they won’t tell you that they don’t even have as much as a gcse in biology. I think I’ll take my medical advice from someone that trained for 7 years, not ppl flogging lube on Insta thx
