My friend lives like 10 minutes away from where she lives and it’s in a busy area where it’s not trembly blocks of flats so she probably doesn’t have neighbours

The blonde hair, beige clothes aesthetic isn’t her friend. She needs to go back to brown hair and wear more colour - agree the yellow really suited her.
