It's the way she bangs on about privacy, cailows privacy blah blah blah and then gives him the surname walker and let's the whole world know that Cairo Walker is Kyle Walkers son. She could have kept that big massive trap shut and called him inconspicuous goodman and no one would have been any the wiser, instead she went banging her begging bowl around like the town crier, here ye, here ye, behold my bump holding the second coming of christ

So it really whittles down to
- Kyle has said she’s not allowed to post, which I don’t think is the case anymore
- she thinks Kyle is desperate to know what Cerching looks like, when in reality he doesn’t, and by hiding his face will make Kyle intrigued and inclined to reach out and meet his son
