I do t think he’s shameful @Catlady1 He is funny and can make things on a pottery wheel which means he’s a funnier, Northern version of Patrick Swayze. Yep. Totes....

I really like the final 4. I think Hannah is great and I love her alternative style and looks. Ophelia is brilliant!!! Eve is so lovely and nice and I think she has grown and improved.c

Back for a third series!

I thought Craig was Zoe Suggs friend Mark at first!

Also, never thought I'd say this but I'm missing Stacey Dooley

Yeah this is right! I assumed it was because she was in a beauty related ad whilst presenting a beauty related show. Nick Knowles was removed from presenting Children in Need this year because he featured as a builder in the Shreddies ad and is a presenter of a building show. Gary Linekar is fine thought because crisps are not football related 🤷🏻‍♀️
Which I don’t get because I am sure there’s been football related bits in those ads before. He’s been doing them so long though I can’t entirely remember!

There are a lot of amazing looks from the MUAs this evening. My faves are Kat ( ink block look), Jamie , Rahul,

The section where Val says about using a small brush is exactly where Jack is painting the black under the model’s eye as screenshot below.

Agree with this. It also gets the MUA’s to think on their feet rather than being given time to prepare for the brief. Would show a truer real to life skill

I can’t comment as I don’t know with regard to the judges. Jack was isolated for a few weeks alone before moving in to a house with the other MUAs. Lots of regular testing etc.

Jack’s interview was published in The Metro this afternoon. What hasn’t been mentioned as Jack was unwell and undergoing procedures in a private hospital during filming. I doubt Jack is allowed to mention it but there’s not much stopping me now.

I am extremely proud of Jack for battling through, remaining professional and hopefully finding a future career and happiness in their world.

They also better have Rankin’s number and be inviting him for tea because I too think I have a crush

@therealghas Jack got a YouTube channel?

Its an odd programme isnt it!

In reality I would imagine the best MUAs are fairly ordinary, better at putting make up on other people and making other people shine, rather than making themselves look amazing and standing centre stage! So a show that wants the contestants to be amazing and hog the limelight, is a bit of a contradiction.

I think Saffron is my favourite, in terms of make up. But there is a lot of art rather than make up skills being shown. Where is the, make someone up to look tired or ill............its all glamour and high fashion!
I don't think that first bit is all that true. I follow the lead make-up artist for Euphoria and the other two artists, they both have amazing look during their working hours and they often feature in campaigns for About-Face. Same goes for the lead make-up artist for The Idol :)
