She really is. I know pretty much all of her songs by osmosis as I have teen daughters, but they’re not even watching, whilst I’m sitting here reprimanding myself for thinking she was just a manufactured child tv star.
She’s a great performer.
Amazing for only 22yrs old

I’ve never seen them live (too scared of a ravey crowd, not my scene 😅) but I’m an Essex girl and I grew up with them. Their 90s stuff was absolutely peerless.

Can’t believe Maxim is 58! He looks incredible.
The first time I saw them a couple were having sex on the floor next to us (V Festival) 🤣🤣

Maxim really does look incredible!

Sir Rod might not have the strongest voice anymore but considering he's 80 and still recovering from flu I thought he was great and he still sang live the backing singers and band were great and they all looked like they were having an amazing time 😍
His voice is pretty much gone which is a shame as he had such a unique voice.
But I enjoyed his session a lot. The showmanship is very much still there. Hard to believe he is 80! Strutting up and down the stage like that, wow!

Loved the pink suit, in particular, 😁 and as you said the backing singers and the band were great, and everyone looked like they were having a brilliant time.

The Prodigy are AMAZING! If I hadn’t fallen over last night watching Iron Maiden at the London Stadium I would up in my living room living my best life right now 😂

Can they just bring Nile Rogers and Chic every year. I never get bored of them. I'm just catching up on the highlights show. I'll have to give Olivia Rodrigo a listen to in a while once the highlights from earlier are over. See what the hype is about.

Which bands would you like to see in a lineup?

Personally I’d die if Green Day headlined. Love them.
REM
I don't get the 1975 at all. Really scraping the barrel and Charlie xcx with the auto tune overload.
And I'm not into all this Girly wirly Olivia Rodrigo. Am I the only one here that thinks the line up could put a glass eye to sleep.
Scissor sisters put on a good show tbf.

I was out last night and missed it but I’m hoping I’ll catch highlights. Always loved Nile but only saw CHIC live for the first time in 2022. The show they do is unmissable. You do not have to but sequins and dancing are order of the day.

Now I’ve seen them 4 times! Got their gig at Barrowlands in August and can’t wait.

Felt a bit sorry for Robert when Olivia announced him. Bit of a lacklustre response from the younger than average Glasto crowd, understandably. The way she said it was one of the biggest selling UK singers, I groaned as I was sure it was going to be Ed Sheeran or Chris Martin, so I was absolutely chuffed when she announced Robert 🖤

Oh my gosh, I watched that one live - Niles Rogers and Chic (version 10.0) were amazing! That was such a fun set, I was singing to every tune. Just sublime, the man is a legend and genius.

Rod Stewart - he was actually brilliant and fair play strutting his stuff at 80. I took my own toilet break when Lulu came on. 😂

Hope you all found Noah Kahan by now but just incase his set is still hidden for some

I've never heard of him 🙈 and upon listening it's not really my type of music, but he just looks like he's having an absolute blast up on stage which is just the Glastonbury vibe and for that I will watch his whole set.

I'm still not over 2023 when we all discovered Mongolian folk metal.

I do think it was an odd choice in that sense — as, like you say, there were lots of younger teenagers for Olivia.

That said, Robert must have also realised that. 🤷🏻‍♀️

The main thing is, though, that Olivia had the freaking time of her life!

Yeah, it was a bit muted, wasn’t it? That said, even as a huge Cure fan myself, when she said his name I was temporarily confused as I assumed it must be a different ‘Robert Smith’ to large Bob. It was soooooo random 🤷‍♀️

(and yes, I too was fearing imminent Sheeran!)
