Did Mark Clattenburg look different? I can’t put my finger on it

The eliminator takes an hour to set up! It is a lot of waiting around for a filming day!

The crowd shots can be edited in to any episode, I had a friend who went last series so filmed 2024 and her and the family could be seen in 3 or 4 episodes.

We apply every year for filming tickets but have never got lucky in the ballot. It seems the nearer you live to Sheffield, the luckier you get!

We're about an hour from Sheffield. We gottickets but the tickets don't guarantee you entry. We got to the arena at about 8am and there was already a massive queue. You queue to exchange your ticket for an entry ticket then go away and come back later when the arena opens for filming. We went for breakfast at IKEA then went back they oversubscribe so if you join the queue late, you probably won't get in.

Is it part of Legend’s contract that he has to appear in every episode? None of the other injured gladiators have made appearances once they’re out

I think they realise that Legend has more charisma and presence than the other Gladiators hence they include him and not the others. I don’t mean that in a nasty way to the other Gladiators, but I can see why he’s being kept on screen.

But you could also argue that the other Gladiators are getting the better deal if they’re being paid and not appearing whereas Legend is doing both. But obviously depends on their contracts.

I’m a couple of episodes behind, have we seen Athena be injured on screen or was it not shown? We obviously saw Diamond’s, but just wondered how Athena’s happened.

At the live tour Mark looked unhealthily thin. I was actually quite shocked with how thin he looked. This was admittedly about 6 months after the celebrity special was filmed, but I do have a soft spot for Mark and I was concerned as he looked so thin.

Yes it is his weight, I wondered if he was unwell as I have looked at older pics and it’s not like he was overweight and needing to lose any

I didn't fancy Legend at all until I started seeing him out of character. Now...

He was so lovely with the kids yesterday, just brilliant and still a bit cheeky but in a lovely way for kids.

I got exactly the seats I wanted. Going to have a very happy child when they get back from school.

I got my son tickets. He’s going to be so excited. Though I may be even more so!

I'm genuinely shocked that Hammer isn't wearing a prosthetic nose . When I see him all I can think of is the dwarf king from LOTR. (I'm not actually being horrible, I like him ... just not his nose. Also, I look like the back end of a bus ‍).

Of the male gladiators I like Nitro, Phantom and Steel the best. I think they are generally good all rounders.

Fury is my fave female and good on the strength ones but can't remember if she has done the Wall. Sabre isn't bad but thinks she is better than she is.

Totally agree. I quite like diamond too.
